Agar police report hota to magistrate 190(1)(b) ke tehat Cognizance lete jaha par woh Final report under section 173 jisse hum chargesheet bhi kehte hai anne ke baad Cognizance lete. AM I Right?
Sir under railway act section 159 where the RPF officials have mentioned in their report that this was a case where in a two wheeler was parked in railways restricted area so will this not a Not criminal case?. And could we quash this FIR. Sir please reply
