Pressurized air in a rusted metal container is a good recipe for disaster. Who ever bought these tanks just bought a grenade. I hope they add a warning sticker saying "Stay back! May explode in operation" but far as the fabrication goes was well done.

Very interesting video. However, the guy standing in the background at 24:00 seems to be adopting what he feels is a suitable pose of self preservation in anticipation of the pressurising of the completed tank.........eeek!!

Great Skills, but they just built a Bomb that just needs some compressed air to set it off. This is madness on another level. With the skills they have they could make products that do not put the users life in jeopardy.

Agreed- they used the rustiest piece of sheet metal to build this thing. At some point it’s going to rust out and take out someones man dress and sandals

Ask them for some material certificates when you buy one 😂😂 or air vessel certification number 🎉😂

Remove the rustic metals inside the tank and put rust protection paint.

It was soapy water, if it bubbles, fix the holes, if no bubbles, good to go.

When you buy a air compressor with it's tank, always, I mean Always insure it is built to our ASME CODE. These tanks are not very good, rust, slag and etc in the welded joints.

Bought an air compressor with 250L tank, manufactured in South Korea by well known brand and it had a pinhole on one of the welds. So yeah, even with codes, QC etc you still can buy a crap😂

I am not going to speak of what I think about the quality and or safety of one of these pressure vessels because it is self evident. However I do have one question does anybody in that country own a real welding helmet or is there some law, regulation, local customs that dictates anyone who attempts to stick weld anything only kinda of sorta use a instructor’s/hand held face shield. Seriously I don’t know how anyone of theses people using a stick welder is going to be able see much of anything past their mid 40’s or how their eyes must feel after they go home in the evening. I understand money is tight etc. but a standard welding mask is not that expensive especially considering you only get one set of eyes

I think our laws of dynamics only work in the USA. Over there in Pak-land air pressure does not kill. Car fumes don’t kill as well along with child labor laws

The tank design you used doesn't seem to be suitable for high-pressure use cases, and there is a high risk of the tank rupturing and causing serious injury or even death. Furthermore, the tank design you used doesn't seem to have any safety features, such as pressure relief valves or gauges to monitor the pressure. This is a serious oversight, as high-pressure air can be extremely dangerous if not handled properly. Complete oversight of Quality Control..
