Everyone is wearing safety sandals!

This factory has all the tools they need for this job. Abeit old and worn(left overs from the British rule??); they've got it. Give these guys proper workgear: shoes/goggles/overalls..etc.etc...clean up the workspace, set steel crates everywhere for trimmed pieces of steel, restore pride in the old factory! I can tell they actually deliver a grade-a product here...but these conditions they work in...

@@user-or9ee2pv5j действительно, ТАК сосуды под давлением у нас сделать вряд-ли получится. Максимум на что это пойдёт - ресиверы для компрессоров до 8 кг.

@@user-or9ee2pv5j Ты очевидно не из России, такие технологии были при Брежневе или раньше. Крайне низкая автоматизация и нарушения техбезопасности на каждом шагу. Сомневаюсь что у нас органы надзора дали бы разрешение на работу этого предприятия.

My last job we build pressure vessels. Some 14 ft diameter up to 39 ft long. We always had to back weld everything before Sub arching. We had to x-ray a lot of jobs. We'd test everyone, fill with water and pressurize. Reweld any leaky spots.

Es increíble que puedan trabajar con tan bajas normas de seguridad industrial. Pero aun asi estos hombres hacen un gran trabajo.

As a former owner of an ASME Code Shop (the required credentials to build pressure vessels in the USA), I wonder if this company, or any others across the big pond, ever go through a joint review with the Nat'l Board and ASME … every three (3) years and at the cost of about $10K last I went through. No wonder _EVERYTHING_ is made overseas.

У этих ребят есть менеджер по безопасности! Они не в тапочках, а в рабочей обуви. На самом деле очень интересно наблюдать за подобными видео!

@@53filosov У них, видать, заправляют не в литрах, а в килограммах, поэтому и массу ставят. Что гораздо правильнее, ибо зимой больше килограмов горючего влезет в один и тот же баллон по объему, да и заправлять не порожний баллон чеснее в килограммах.

Что интересно, на каждом цикле производства отдельный человек! Это хорошо для рабочих мест.

All very nice, the construction of these vessels is similar throughout the world, with more or less automatic or modern machines, because there are international standards that govern the construction of pressure vessels (ASME standard originating in the US). Now ASME requires that the pressure test for pressure vessels be with water at 2 times the working pressure (in the case of liquefied gas cylinders, their working pressure is 10 kg/cm2 or 142 lb/in2, that is, the test pressure will be 20 kg/cm2 or 285 lb/in2), nowhere in ASME does it talk about leak testing with air at less than 5 kg/cm2 or 71 lb/in2 and soapy water.

Баллоны считают выдержавшими гидравлические испытания, если не обнаружено признаков разрыва, течи, слезок, потения и видимых остаточных деформаций в сварных соединениях и в основном металле. При испытаниях наружная поверхность баллона должна быть сухой. 6.3.4. Плотность (п. 2.9) баллона после гидравлических испытаний проверяют пневматическим испытанием давлением 1,6+0,1 МПа. Баллон погружают в ванну с водой таким образом, чтобы над ним был столб воды 20-40 мм. Время выдержки - не менее 60 с. Появление пузырьков не допускается. 6.3.5. Допускается вместо гидравлических испытаний баллона проводить пневматические испытания на стенде с бронекамерой, обеспечивающей безопасность работы. Баллон должен находиться в бронекамере под давлением 2,5+0,2 МПа не менее 60 с, после чего давление снижают до 1,6 МПа и баллон погружают в ванну с водой для проверки на плотность по методике п. 6.3.4.
