Those who are successful don't become that way suddenly. Everything most people perceive at first glance- wealth, a successful profession, and a sense of purpose-is the consequence of persistent slog and hustle if you think about it.

That's absolutely right, simple, but such thoughts, likely could have a far flung influence on keeping the business Busy.
A phenomenal growth perspective by both the CEO's .Clear thinking and actions.
Everything said and done!!! Do we still have such phenomenal leaders existing in the corporates today or even in politics who always think of others and the environment at large!!!! Madam Indra you're iconic and a true representation of a Good leader!!!!! My inspiration!!!!

Stanford GSB thank you for making contents like this available. Truly appreciated.
'When you have that sense of ownership about the company, why would you leave something that you own?'. I love that statement.
Great Learning! Would like to watch again and again.
She was a great CEO and was CEO when I started after she left everything shifted and things are done very differently. They need more of her passion where I work. It’s definitely lacking these days.
My favorite GSB interview! 3rd time watching this one :) I hate when executive interviews are devoid of any weight with the word “confidence” thrown around like a frisbee. Well, anyone can master optics. This one talks about operational excellence, strategy building and shows that confidence is just a byproduct of excellence and consistency. This interview is basically a case study in strategy and change management and I’m here for it. Way to bring out the best info out of this remarkable yet humble brainiac!

Hello Hitisha how are you doing today?
A great conversation between two great leaders. It's an invaluable content for anyone to hear and understand the depth of their converstaion. Thanks for posting this on KZread.
special conversation! 2 people so authentic, original, passionate, involved, committed, obviously very intelligent, yet so down to earth, fun and so comfortable in their skin. I loved this conversation and possibly the best i viewed in a long time
This is great! Phenomenal leadership example.
Both are inspiring and i learned a lot from their experiences and conversations.
This is the first business related video I've completed. So fun and also got to learn many new things and different ways of thinking... I recommend watch it
Wow. This is probably the most educating conversation on this forum.
One of the best sessions attended over you tube on business , strategy and lot

Wonderful conversation of experiences and need of the industry by the leaders
This right here is in its own class. It beats grad school in all ways. This is a great way to disseminate knowledge and experiences.
Great information about business.
Highly informative conversations.....!!!!!
That's amazing indepth insights .. loved dough at 8.20 to 8.40
While I adore Indra Nooyi for her leadership and management skills. What I feel she missed out or never talks about is how Coca Cola as a company is working to improve the planet. Coca Cola products contribute to two major issues: high sugar products and high usage of plastic in there packaging. I would like to read and understand more on how her work has contributed to bring down these two issues?

I hate Walmart. It's no secret that they pay their employees the very least they can get and don't treat their employees very well. They also treat their vendors very badly by ripping away their profit by paying them barely over what it takes to make their product. This in turn makes the vendor barely able to pay their employees which makes even more people who are under the poverty line like Walmart's employees. Walmart makes billions upon billions of dollars in profits every year so there's no reason for this. They know a vendor has to come to them to even have a chance to make it in and Walmart takes advantage of the desperateness. Walmart is ruthless. This is how they keep their prices down instead of using over ways like having their top executives and shareholders making less than the millions upon millions that they are making. They have no problem selling products that are made oversea by working women and children from morning to might for just a few cents that barely will, if at all, pay for their food they need to stay alive.. All these disgusting immoral tactics contribute to them having usually low prices which puts every other company and anyone who dares to compete against them out of business which in turn only gives the consumer one store they can buy things from without any choices and of course that's from Walmart. So all the employees and product varieties of the competition are squished to extinction. Walmart is bad for people and bad for the environment and that's the way they operate so it's not going to change. An absolutely despicable company. I would say don't buy from walmart but what choice do you have?? They've made sure they are the only choice. They are sick, sick people are the top of Walmart and they are fully aware of everything I've mentioned above which makes it even worse.

Amazing video 👍🏼👍🏼
In the mid of listening to this i have a question. As Indra mam mentioned about customers changing behaviour because of health consciousness then why do PepsiCo have different products for developed and under developing countries even tough they are aware that something is wrong. Do they wait until it real need or when people start realising or based upon moral responsibility?
Both of them hardened business persons.. all the things they said seem to sugarcoat the actual tussle amongst the companies to establish a monopoly.. I request Indra Nooyi madam to go plastic free.. that’s when they will walk the talk on environmental issues.. But kudos to her for appreciating the work NGO people do.. it’s o my when leaders become cognisant of these facts that they will feel the need to prioritise it..
Only 299 Dislikes and 17 Comments??? Looks like she solved most of the queries in video itself.
