Hi bro .. in this answer i wont even blame u 1% but i will try and put across the reality faced on ground by the army… i agree partially that no outcomes as seen in media but just wanted to clarify the problems actually faced on ground by the security forces in the over politically charged states. 1. never seen the district adm ( DC/ collector) ever give a written acquisition for army for the want of quelling a mob / internal chaos caused by different ethnic factions. 2. Why is it important - the state govt thinks the army/AR is deployed for counter terrorism hence might as well use them for such internal disturbances without realizing that the army is operating against the insurgents not the common citizen hence it has no rights to violate or even enter into a crowd control situation unless and until the district administration allows you. 3. Thats the reason some personnels (officers jcos and OR) have been prosecuted in the court of law for violating civil rights of citizens. 4. When and till what extent army can step in-- if intelligence reports suggests that there is an involvement of terrorist/ insurgent groups then army comes but that too after 2011 Hegde commission and 2017 supreme court’s verdict on afspa and many personnels were prosecuted army has always felt that nobody held their hand when they did what the nation told them to do so. 5. Nobody supports any team commander or individual who has unnecassarily violated the civil rights of a common man hence army has itself carried out many court martials of its own to keep a check on the conduct of its personnels on ground. 6. Is crowd control and ethic clashes prevention or curtailment a task of the army-- NO Why? Because u have The civilian adm The state police The IB Manipur rifles Indian reserve battalions CRPF Even BSF cant be blamed as it is not their dictat. 9. Morover army’s method of crowd control as stated in the Aid to the Civil authorities starts from the scenario when a district commissioner signs off a requisition to the army then civil adm and police take a back seat and the first reaction by army is warning then warning shots then identify instigators and shoot them below the knee and disperse the disperse… so the LAW states the use of violence …. But do you think if today army does something like that what will be the result … 100% the local commander is going under media scrutiny snd finally prosecuted under civil law for use of ‘EXCESSIVE FORCE’. 10. After watching this video I come to learn that the helpless kukis were defending themselves against a combined force of not only Manipur police commando, irb, arambai+meitei leepun volunteers, meira paibis but also the meitei militants as clearly pointed out here. It is also very clear that this genocidal campaign against the kukis has been a well pre planned program. If not for the almighty God the kukis could have well perished by now.

The Army and politicians have over the years miserably failed to free Manipur and Nagaland from the clutches of militancy and so-called revolutionaries or freedom fighters. To control the Militants of Naga and Meetei groups, Indian Military supported the Kuki (once a small community) and used them as spies and supporters. Those Kukis also have brains; they took a chance from the royalty of the Indian Army and expanded the strength of the Kuki community by welcoming the Zo community from Myanmar to Manipur. Kukis have cultivated poppies in forest areas to finance themselves, and those illegal migrants are settling in the reserved forest area. Manipur joins to India Union for a better future. Today, India is giving us a killing field.

That's how they are so well armed and now clashes have broken between the Meitei and Kuki insurgent groups following the Civil War in Myanmar which has led to several Burmese people taking refuge in India. Mizoram has welcomed the Chin people from Burma as they belong to the same ethnic group whereas same Mizoram kicked out other non Chin tribal groups in Mizoram. If you are not happy in India you people need to go back to your native countries and leave us in peace.

They dont attack Indian army, nor do they fight against any government forces. They armed themselves to protect against meitei insurgents, who are indeed seperatists and killed many indian soldiers. if they can ambush and kill Jawans with impunity, imagine how many random kuki and meitei citizens they have looted and killed over the years.

We also fought for Indian independent , we fought alongside the subhas chandra bose forces (Indian National army) .. So tell me who is Indian.. When the NSCN-IM attack us and kill more than 1000 of us.. We only started forming our own arms group to protect ourselves. Our insurgence didn't attack the Indian Army.. Initially, meitei people were so confident and happy that with the arrival of large troop of indian army the situation will be control within a week but Indian army kept mum like the spectators. After RAF cadres were caught trying to burn a meitei Pangal shop, para military forces vandalising vehicles parked outside the houses in Imphal area, Assam Rifles blocking the gates of police stations, leaking the names of meiteis army personnels deployed in manipur, completing a combing operation in Kuki area within 10 minutes and lists of AR personnels helping Kuki militants, a lot of questions arises within the meitei people. For whom Indian Army is working for? Indian army has lots to answer.

What has been left unsaid is that the KNF / KNA ( Kuki National Front / Army) has been built up by the Army and the Security establishment as a counterforce against the Nagas and that they are unwilling to give up the decades long investment without first dealing with the Naga problem.

State has to reconsider arming small groups on ethnic lines. Sometimes it could turn against you.

Why do the Meiteis have to attack and die in Kuki villages??? Is there any report that the Kuki killed villagers that are settling at the border?? If so, Highlight please. There might be sounds of gun but theres no killing. Take precautions and safety. Stay home, Stay safe. The Imphal valley has been done & dusted of Militancy by the Congress Government led by Ibobi Singh before the BJP came to power in 2017. The People in the valley are not supporting any kind of militancy and rather happy to lead a militant free & progressive environment and hence Armed Forces Special power act was removed from the valley area. This is also one of the reasons for the Kuki terrorists to attack the valley so that these terrorists can run their diktat on the valley people. As per reports the Assam Rifles & the Indian Army seems to have biasness & secret nexus with the Kuki terrorists. These people who were apprehended by the Indian Army were just Local volunteers who were protecting their own village. The Indian Army is also playing a political game to show to the world that they are also working and going after so called fictitious valley insurgents to show the valley people in wrong light. I would like to reiterate that there is no militants involve in the present movement of the valley people & it is a pure movement of the public.
