Hi there. May I ask how you know the door lock is the problem?

I watched your video and discovered something is missing in the door mechanism. The little thing in the middle that I think holds the door to the lock is broken.

Got you. I find espares to be good to buy parts from. Just make sure you have the model number ready for when you order the part. Also make sure the part you order looks the same as the one you are replacing
