  got a new one. but seems not working. I didn't connect the back pipe. only use the front water container. but running for almost 2 hours now. and clothes still wet. container is empty. what's wrong with that?

  There should be a pull cord next to the filter. If you pull this and open the door at the same time it should open for you. 👍

  No it has no filter in the machine the new rubbers seal has illuminated the filter

  Hi thanks for the help on ur video I had error 20 on my machine and it cleared it for a day but the following day it happened again and now the reset won’t over ride the problem now . Checked the drain pipe for error 20 and it’s all clear . Any ideas . The machine is a zanussi 8kg Lindo

  @@bryanhealy9585 Hi Bryan. Do you have a little rectangular door down the bottom right of your machine? I suspect you don’t but if you do it will make it a lot easier to solve your issue

  Hi no it has no small door for a filter something to do with a new rubber in the machine that illuminates the filter . Tried resetting it a couple of times and now error 21 is showing up

  Hi, I have a Zanussi washer/dryer. When I use it as a dryer I get an E10 Error Code? Guidance from Zanussi says this indicates a problem "...with not taking in water, not taken in enough water or problems with the drain.", however this problem is only happening when Drying, not Washing. I'd be grateful for any ideas you might have? Thanks

  Hi there. On these there is usually a separate solenoid or a 3 way solenoid. May I ask which way yours is? On the washer dryer it is usually a treble

  @@Rasheed1513 no worries. If you take off the top lid you will see the solenoids at the back left of the machine as you look from the front

  These lights are flashing on my bush washing machine and the manual says it's because the door isn't closing but it is locking. Would this fix mine? I'm really confused as it is locking

  Hi Lola. It might be no harm to change the lock anyway, They are relatively inexpensive. Sometimes a lock would lock but not send the signal to the PCB to start the wash. Hopefully that sorts it

  I know this is an older video, but it is also the only one I have found dealing with my specific issue- but I am wondering how on earth you get the control panel away for the actual dang button to be replaced. I even tried phoning Whirlpool who refused to tell me how to do it as I am not an electrician and told me it needs be serviced. Getting quite desperate to fix it by now so any suggestion is appreciated!

  Hey Henry, apologies- The quality of the video isn’t great. There should be plastic clips holding the PCB in place if you gently release those the PCB should come away exposing the start button

  a little late but worth a try. MY filter is clean, the bushes are fine, the motor works, but my washer won't get up to speed. Just spins at a low speed for a few seconds every so often
