感觉用水洗一遍,萝卜的营养被洗了,是否少放一点盐,把水分去除之后,不用洗,也不用再加盐,感觉这样营养成分多一点,个人意见

我要先炒香臘腸,冬菇青蔥等冷了才加麵粉做出來的才有香氣,好吃,以前我用的粘米粉做現在我試用麵做,謝謝分享。

腌萝卜的盐放正好的,挤出水后就不用洗了,直接和其他搅拌一起,也不用再放盐就好了呀

没有油不好吃。再说油对身体也好吧?
加了盐,挤萝卜丝的时候盐基本会和萝卜水流走,不要在洗了,之后拌的时候也不要加盐了

不油炸但油煎,而且去了汁再清洗,不是把營養都洗掉了?

油炸、油煎 含油量5:1 去水汁才不會軟糯 這個部份很重要不然口感變極差 最重要食材本身營養不會流失 一道食物賣像、口感佔了極大部份 吃的時候口感不好 食材本身營養也不會隨之下肚😊😊😊

看起來乾乾的,不酥不脆不juice會好吃嗎?
太可怕了!為何會用塑膠鏟子呢?一點都沒有健康概念啊!因為,再耐高溫的塑料品,再30度溫度左右就會釋放塑化劑出來,太可怕了啊!這個蘿蔔餅就成了毒蘿蔔餅啊!建議以後可否改用木製的或是不鏽鋼製的鏟子啊!否則,看不下去啊!

@@user-wo3ur4rw5z建議妳的鏟子不要用塑膠質料的,太可怕了!再耐高溫的塑膠,還是會有塑化劑釋放出來啊! 所以,建議改用木頭或是不鏽鋼的鏟子,比較健康啊!
