That's some Rare talent they're showcasing there. I can definitely get Jiggy with this. But you might have to Bear with me, I don't own a sWitch yet. Call me a Birdbrain if you will, I just never Collected one for myself. Once I finally get one, then I'll Toot my own horn. But to you, this comment is all just Mumbo Jumbo, isn't it?

My grandma got it for me. She loved me with all her heart. Going to grandma's house during the weekends was....well, I have a lot of fond memories from those times. And....recently....Grandma....isn't around anymore. …… I'm sorry. I know, I killed the mood. But sometimes these serious moments are important, right? *[wipes away the tears, nods in acceptance]* Anyways, enough sadness. Let's focus on happier things. What's your story, if you feel like sharing it?

@@ShadowsWrath4 I personally started my gaming days with NES, however my uncle would create a special day each year called Jr Day. (I was a Junior from my dad and Jr was my nickname growing up) This uncle would invite me over on those days and set me up with his N64 which was completely new to me and let me go hog wild on games like Ocarina of Time and Banjo Kazooie. These games were the peak of my childhood gaming. I finally begged my parents enough for an N64 so I could play these games anytime and the N64 was practically the console I grew up on. (Gamecube being my all time favorite) :)

@@skelengeityor7630 Those would be Jinjos, I left them T-Posing because I figured it looked a bit funny. Other idea was to make them dab, but I wasn't sure that'd go over to well. :p

I noticed in the teaser it said you got an Iggy instead of Jiggy so I expected that to be fixed but its just says you got a moon as usual

@@FluffyWolfLord Yeah after looking into it, turns out the font the developers used for that completely excluded having the letter J in it, which is why it said IGGY in the teaser. I tried quite a bit to change the font and add in my own letter J, sadly it only ended up crashing the game so I made it normal.

Wow this is actually an impressively big level. Seems a lot better than I initially expected

Conker should be in Smash DLC, not in Odyssey mod (unexpected, on the same level, as if they put a f*cking Sub-Zero or anyone else from MK in Smash).

I just realize at 9:54 That when Mario surfaces he makes the same sound from Splatoon when your ink tank is full enough for a sub weapon.

Is not just a perfect rendering of the level, but this actually feels like watching a Banjoo Kazooie gameplay

*Better gameplay with mario 64 custom* *9.9/10*

Jiggie moons, maybe 100 Purple Notes instead of coins, and the right enemies to capture for Banjo's abilities.

It's amazing how well this shows the superiority of Odyssey's camera and just how far we have come.

Oh that's so cool, this will bring back memories to those who played Banjo Kazooie. Awesome job.

Good job Ska! The level looked fun for what I watched but I won't see the whole vid yet because I wanna play this myself!

It has all we need. Level design, music, nostalgic charm and a few T-Posing Jinjos.

This is simply awesome!

This is not the kind of level I'd ever expect to be ported into Mario Maker but it's so cool. Changing the Coins into Notes and the Moons into Jiggies was a nice touch. Seemed a bit empty though. Needs more enemies and Jiggies IMO. The seaweed enemy would be perfect for this level. And maybe make the Notes replace purple coins instead of regular ones so you'd have to collect them all.

I think the opening dialogue should've been like this since Cappy didn't exist back then: "Hey Mario, why the stern look? Do you... know this place?"

There should be a jiggy jingle for the jiggies in this mod. Perhaps from banjo tooie since its shorter.

With the right minds and talents, people could legit remake Mario 64 into a HD game using the Odyssey engine

This level is probably so much better now with unlimited air and an actually decent camera lol.

God I miss Banjo and Kazooie... I wish it was easier to play those games, cause I'm not buying an Xbone for them.

It'd be cool if the creator made Freezeezy Peak or Click Clock Wood as well. Though CCW might be hard to make because of the 4 seasons.

Loved Rare games, from Atic Atac on the spectrum, Head over Heels, Sabre Wulf - right up until Perfect Dark, and Conkers on the 64. Such a shame Microsoft had to poison them.

It’d be neat if there was a mod that somehow added a steam workshop esque thing to mario odyssey and other games that you can access to download mods right from there, like a hat in time. Better yet, if nintendo added native modding, but they’d never do that because they hate modding, for some reason
