My great grandma lived to 114. She was an award winning ballroom dancer who kept on dancing. Never sick, never complained. Died peacefully in her sleep.

@@conniekivell797 EZ=easy! I'm watching a 3 part video right now...Dr David Sinclair. He says skip breakfast/small lunch/good dinner. Most I watch say skip dinner instead. I usually stop eating by 3pm, and eat 'brunch' at around 11 or 12. I did it all in baby steps.

This lady will be at least a hundred years old, for sure. It‘s incredible how good-looking and fit she is for 93 years. Blessings to this lady... you‘ve danced beautifully, now and then ❤️❤️❤️.

When I was younger I remember my elders saying never stop dancing. Now that I'm older I can truly understand why they said it. Dancing keeps us in touch with the rhythms of life. If you stop dancing you lose the rhythm and you begin to age in the worst way. Don't lose the rhythm. Never stop dancing 🥰

Can't stop crying because I've been feeling sorry for myself for just turning 60 years old and feeling old even though I'm in good health and exercising everyday. She is going to motivate me. I feel changed by this out and out love. I am so grateful that this film crossed my path. I thank all involved.

Dancing is fun exercise and I do it every chance I get and I'm 66. Some of my wife's friends, associates who have never met me are surprised when they stop by and I'm in the yard doing something. I'm usually listening to music and I let it move me as I do whatever it is I'm doing. Right now I have over 40 CDs on my phone's Micro SD Card and a playlist of close to 300 songs ranging from Swing to R&B to Rock and Roll. Keep moving and don't let idiots tell you that you are supposed to sit down and not do anything after you've reached a certain age. Oh, I had a heart attack and bypass surgery in 2013 and I still move...

All u need to do is keep moving and grooving! I'm only 70, but most days I do at least 2 10 min exercise videos, 10 min Tai Chi, 30-45 min bike ride, and/or a 25 min dog walk. As my dogs stop to sniff, I do a walk in place to keep my heart rate up. Move frequently for tons of energy. One of the best thing u can do for your diet is eat real food (not processed) and give up sugar. Avoid bad fats> It's worth it to switch to avocado oil, real olive oil and coconut oil. Ppl guess I'm in my early 50's. Too many of my friends are dead already.

There needs to be more dancing like that in America.

I agree!!! Why is there Not I wonder. When I was in my 20's there was a dance EVERY weekend. The music back then was "Quality". I never understood how people could dance to "Rap"!!! The answer is ..you can if you enjoy hanging onto your crouch and just bob your head in all directions. Just no rythem!!! 👎🏽

The secret she doesnt grow “old” is dancing. Keep on dancing grandma! Youre great and inspiring!! I hope i would be dancing as good as her when im 93!

I find it so charming that the gentlemen dancing with her are just enjoying her moves and giving her that attention as if she was 19 again. That's so honorable to me. As I know this is to show how she still has that classy style.

At 69 I would give anything to know that if I went to a dance club that just SOMEONE would ask me to dance. Dancing is my life even though I didn't dance for a living! So many nights I listen to music on youtube and just dance my old heart out in my living room!!! Though I would prefer to be at a dance club dancing my heart out......

@@mkfd4571 I attended my annual CZ reunion in Orlando from 7/5-7/10 and danced as much as I could! Even in my hotel room!!!! Dancing frees my soul!!!! When I die and if there is a memorial for me I want that song 'All She Wants to do Is Dance, Dance!! If there is a marker at my grave site I want this written on it!!!

I really enjoyed this. Her movements were so fluid for a woman her age. So many women in their 70's, 80's and 90's are so stiff and wobbly. Shows how important it is to keep moving throughout your life. I hope I am still dancing when I'm in my 90's.

My father started taking ballroom dancing at the age of 70. He's one of my favorite dance partners and one of the best in the class. It's NEVER too late to start.

That’s amazing! Imagine being 93 years old with bones that are tired & stiff. Hearing isn’t the best and eyesight is declining as well. Just to get a better perspective on why this lady is so amazing!

WHAT AN AMAZING DANCER!! I wish I could dance that well. I did tap my toes side to side & away my hips but NOT NEARLY AS GOOD AS HER LITTLE PINKY TOES!!! Keep it going it it’ll keep you going!

This reminded me of my mum and dad. They LOVED to Jitterbug and would dance at family parties and their wedding anniversary, each year.

For some reason this makes me want to cry. I think it's just the sheer beauty of a lovely elegant lady at the ripe old age of 93, with her hair done and a lovely man treating her so gently on the dance floor and her just killing it! I suppose the beauty of her spirit.. Its what's making me tear up. Reminds me of what my mother could be if she were still alive though younger.

Don't feel bad. I hosted a small event for seniors & they were still dancing long past the time I was worn out. Eventually I had to cut the music so the last of them would leave. I was in my 30s.

I just saw this dance # for the 1st time. How awesome to dance the same # 74 yrs later. She was fantastic despite not doing the lifts. She does not look 93. I remember mom and dad doing the jitterbug and, man, they had us going when we watched them swing it! They still could do it in their 70's.

Watching this gave me a shiver. That tingly excited feeling of joy you get when you see something incredible. Lord, give me the strength and good hips to move like that at almost living a century.

But I also use a special workout or you could say therapy from „Liebscher und Bracht“. They have videos on KZread, but as I know only in german. This combination helps me to be painfree and I can walk for hours or dance. Good luck!

Thats was ao amazing . Add a dance partner for 10 years and he died in a motorcycle accident in 2016 August 10th. I haven't danced since. We were country dance partners. So I can imagine the feeling this woman had being able to dance again on the Dance Floor. God bless her heart!❤

Look at this graceful, elegant, classy fox glide, this is why she is still around!!!!!!! You can't sit down, you gotta laugh as much as you can, keep on moving!!!! At 60 plus, I intend to be just like her when I grow up!!!!! Bless her heart!!!!!!
