I also was 12 years old. I attended a small public grade school (1-8) and we held a school assembly in the gym to watch the inauguration. Even at that moment, I knew I was hearing great oratory. JFK's inaugural address truly is one for the ages.

I am a decorated Marine combat veteran who spent all of his 20's in various combat theatres. I have never in my life felt more closely aligned with any human beings on this planet than Jack and Bobby. Every word they have ever spoken publicly feels as if it could have come from my own mouth. The division in our country, world challenges, my concerns as a father, our current veteran suicide rate (my brothers), and the inspiration given to me by these two men who were not allowed to carry out their vision, has driven me to make the recent decision to pull away from a very successful business career (currently serving as an executive) and run in the 2030 senatorial race for my home state of Texas. I will not take a dollar from a lobbyist and in the words of Bobby "I cannot stand aside". It's amazing people like all of you that connected a combat vet with his true mentors by posting this content, and therefore I thank you with my entire soul. God willing I will pick up their standard and move it forward once again for all of us. My name is Josh Beaver and I ask for you to say a prayer for me in 2030 to revive the reconciliation strategy and to bring accountability & transparency to a political system which so badly needs it. Thanks!

My name is Leoni Golding. I live in South Africa. My birthday is on the 20th of January 1946. On the day of President Kennedys Inauguration we had no TV. We had the radio. With the blocade around Cuba I was living with friends since my family had been transferred to Pretoria. With the blocade of Cuba, I was wondering if there would be no tomorrow. I was 16 years at the time. When he dot killed on the 22nd of November 1963, my heart stopped. It is my honest belief that had President Kennedy lived ,he would have become the best American President of all time. The mystery of his assisination on Noverber 22, 1963 will live in infamy and those who did this, may they rot in he'll. I have visited his graveside and, like others the tears were streaming from my eyes. This leader of the free world was killed that day, but his legacy lives on.

JFK was a great speaker and very witty. If not for his handling the Cuban Missile cris in a very cool and collected and diplomatic manner,,, nuclear annihilation could have occurred.
