    7-33 !!!!! I can jump with weights, do any explosive exercises, but this exercise is the most difficult for me personally!!!

    @@PowerLuxFitness you(and your team) are being shown a great job. It seems to me that practice shows that any activity with tapes is the most effective way of development. Of course, besides the tape, there are many other ways to develop

    Hello! We incorporate something for balance probably once every workout, even if it's something small like an inverted T mobility exercise. I think it's very important to include these, but you'd be good having a balance exercise in the program every couple of workouts. The more you do, the better you'll be! But that being said, it doesn't have to be a complicated or complex exercise. Something even during the warm up is perfectly fine!

    @@PowerLuxFitness Understood, thanks. During the warm-up? Wow, this is interesting, it's just that I've always included only cardio for at least 10 minutes in the warm-up

    @@DR-N91 Cardio is good because it gets the heart rate up and the body warm! You can still hit the cardio warm up, but just take a couple minutes to hit some balance stuff too for stabilization and activation if you'd like. Or throw it in during the workout as rest exercises or at the end as core & stabilization. Honestly anywhere works!
