Thank you for the video. I normally inhale under load & exhale while releasing the weight (resistance). But in this video it is opposite i.e., exhale while lifting the weight & vice versa. Can we switch the inhale/exhale or stick to what mentioned in the video. Please advise.
In Ashtanga yoga and the ujjayi pranayama exercise The Moolah Banda is this exercise
Im a yoga teacher. I believe women experience similar benefits from these kegel exercises and can even help manage their menstrual cycle. Its called mula bandha (root lock) in sanskrit and there has been quite a bit written about it. Im wondering if these mula bandha exercises can help with loud flatulence, a condition especially chronic in older men. Thanks for normalizing this topic.

Use a chair, wall, or yoga block for help. And don't worry about going so deep, not yet anyway.
Very helpful, only thing is I am not fully sure if iam contracting amd relasing pelvic floor muscles at the right time during inhales amd exhales

wonder if Dean knows what that putting his thumb and index fingers together in a triangle like figure during the Cossack squats means in American Sign Language? So take the word, “angina” then change the first “n” to a “v” and move it to the front of the word and there you go.

Why not do Pilate exercise? These are basic yoga exercises. You guys do great yoga training /classes.

This is a yoga channel, that's why. But we do include elements of Pilates in our routines.

Nothing increases length but if you have better blood flow circulation to the penis you'll have stronger erections

Well it will help with mental health, blood circulation and muscles related to erection... so ....technically ... yeah. I've done all the previous old sexual well being yoga series in here and it helped a lot.
