Why do so many people suffer from back pain? Well, one of the root causes of lower back pain, for example, is as counterintuitive as it gets:
The vast majority of people have lower back pain because they overstretch their lower backs!
While sitting too long is one of the main ways you overstretch your lower back, it’s far from the only example.

    Careful doing the leg stretches as if your body isn't used to flexing it's super easy to pull your groin. Thus ending up with lower back pain AND groin pain. Can't lay down and can't sit up in a chair. A double whammy that *really* sucks.
