@@cameronperformance I was wondering if I should force it during actually hitting or let it come natural

@Official_Yuto imo focusing on it will mess you up, but if you do this drill at home alot it will come naturally
Ive been told to open my shoulders for so long but i had no clue i was supposed to keep my hips forward before watching this TY!! 5 of my 8 seasons of volleyball have been with first time coaches so i try and watch volleyball videos whenever i can. Also im hyper mobile so i think that might be part of my problem lol.

Wait u dnt twist ur hips? But won’t it help with arm swing speed?
Can someone help me fix my leaning issue, when I'm spiking my coach is telling me I'm leaning to much but doesn't tell me how to fix it.

Leaving back? Or forward? If leaning back, some people do it to generate more power So if it really isnt bothering the outcome of your spike it shouldn't be a problem, some people swing differently as to how everyone shoots and kicks differently

I'm having lower back pain on my left side (right hand hitter) from leaning back. When I jump serve or spike, my whole body has a C shape posture. When i record myself, my hips seem to be facing forward (already rotated), while opening my torso and rotating my right shoulder, even tough it's still a little hard to do it all. I've had a couple really good hits and serves, where I think I don't lean so much and actually hit infront, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Google is not helping either, as I search for my problems, so I'm asking you, if you know something that can help. @@MrEastVerdant
