Contraindications of Vajrasana:
• Avoid performing vajrasana if suffering from knee pain due to any underlying medical condition.
• People with arthritis should avoid sitting in Vajrasana.
• Pregnant women can perform vajrasana but they should keep more gap between their knees, so as to avoid putting pressure on their abdomen.
• In case of Heel problem avoid sitting on ur heels rather spread ur heel,put a pillow between ur legs and sit on it.
Contraindications of Mandukasana:
• Females who are pregnant or menstruating should avoid doing this asana.
• High blood pressure.
• Abdominal injuries.
• Hip pain.
• Knee pain.
• Severe back pain, people with any of these problem should avoid.
Contraindications of Ardha Matsyendrasana:
• People with a hernia or a peptic ulcer, &
• People with spinal issues should avoid this asana.
• Refrain from practicing this asana if any injury or surgery related to abdomen or back has recently taken place.
• Avoid it if u r suffering from Arthritis.
• Not advisable for pregnant and menstruating woman.
