    Great book and truely a buffet. I think scott adams idea of " Systems vs Goals" had a tremendous impact on me and can have a ever stopping impulse to learn and keep on growing. .

    I can help,check out Meditations,Marcus Aurelius. Study Stoicim(i did and it helped me.)....Check out Robert Greene's THE Laws of human Nature.(I call it Manual for Humans)...Not only do you have to check them out,practise after reading.Reading and knowing is not enough,we must apply,Willing is not enough we must do.-Bruce Lee

    Agreed. Sometimes I will randomly open either book and read whoever come up.
