I bought 2 packs of each flavor. The first time I tried all 3 just like the package says and nothing added. The second time I had the Spicy Beef flavor I cooked them in Jalapeno-beef broth with green onions and mushrooms for 7 minutes in my pressure cooker. The texture of the noodles was much softer and closer to regular ramen. Then I added the seasoning packet, slices of boiled egg and some thin strips of ribeye steak. Game changer.

Add the seasoning packet during the last half of boiling. It helps to infuse the flavor into the noodles.

There’s a psychological phenomenon known as “price locking” that’s worth being aware of. This is when we see a price for something and then determine that it’s the price that that thing is worth no matter what. This is common with Chinese food for example. People think Chinese food should be generally on the cheap end, even though many Chinese dishes take significantly longer to cook than foods people will often pay much more for. When it comes to this stuff, you’re eating for 6 bucks per pack. Unlike the usual $2 Ramen, you’re getting higher quality ingredients that cost more and a LOT more protein. This may not be something I would want to eat daily, but when I get past the biases I have due to my own mental price locking I have to admit that I wouldn’t mind having some of these around.

Thank you for sharing these videos they are so helpful. As someone who looking for flavorful and healthy alternatives to the foods I love this fits the bill. Definitely giving these a try

You can still do regular ramen on keto. Just have to size your portion under 50 carbs

I paid $35 for 6 packs and it tasted awful. I got the Creamy "Chicken" Ramen. Both my roommate and I agreed it tasted like eating a pencil eraser. It also left a nasty odor in the kitchen after i cooked them, i had to spray with febreze lol. We threw out everything, too bad, wasted 35 bucks. Oh well, lesson learned!

Must try this. I love ramens! Love them. And a healthier version that is always a plus. I will definitely try them. They look firmer too, which is always good.

Tried cooking it longer and the texture doesn't change. As mentioned, the broth is great but the ramen itself feels like I'm chewing on a mouthful of rubber bands.

Definitely a texture difference without a doubt! You’ll have to train your palette, as well as add other items to the bowl to create different textures.

Just made a bowl and I don't hate it. I tried the shrimp flavor and it doesn't taste like shrimp. The flavor needs enhancing...too bland for me. The texture of the noodles need a little work for me because I don't like the chewey feel to them. I cooked mine for 30 minutes and the texture changed a little bit. Will try another 15 min to see if the texture gets softer. Like I said, I don't hate it, but you would have to get use to the texture if you like a softer noodle. Nothing beats a failure but a try. 😁

Hi! It has 890mg of sodium which is 30% less than traditional ramen brands. Almost all the sodium is in the packet itself vs. the noodle so you can adjust to your preferance 😊

Tum yum broth is chicken based even for shrimp tum yum. it should have a slight citrusy taste because there's usually some lime in it.

nice review, also Tom Yum is a flavor in itself... so the flavor you're tasting is more so Tom Yum flavor vs Shrimp flavor. Tom Yum is a type of hot and sour Thai soup usually cooked with shrimp. If you google Tom Yum, you'll see. 😊

Glad I found you. Ramen is my ultimate favorite dish ever. I am lower carb lifestyle now because of surgery and enjoy traditional ramen at least once a month but the carb is too much so o only eat half. The price is crazy steep ambit after watching this guess I will try it. Really wish they had a pork or Tonkatsu flavor

Around 1500-2000mg lol so this is def better. I think the seasoning packet is separate tho so you can adjust

The price is a huge turn off.

Unless you're eating these strictly for dietary reasons, there's no reason to buy these. The noodles suck and the broth is bland.

I do agree but the carbs and sodium is not good for those living a low-carb lifestyle or for people like me who also have CKD. I wish they were cheaper and the texture of the noodles were softer.

Save your money and order a couple to try first. Not a fan. Followed instructions and still felt like cardboard.

They are good, but deff not worth 7 bucks a pack.
