Cheyenne is the only one who cooked hers right and included the broth. The way she described it also really makes me want to try it myself. I'm glad she won because she deserves it and the ones criticizing hers harshly really have no room to talk when their ramen looked drier than the Sahara desert.

that's not even ramen...that's just regular noodles. ramen is the art of noodles in a soup/broth and a specific type of noodle at that. did you know there is over 50 type of noodle in Asia and one is specifically for Ramen. that proves they are meant to be soft with roth...not eaten dry...stupid people like this annoy me.

My go to college ramen is mama brand. They're from thai land and its aboutnthe same price as top ramen or maruchan, but the flavors ans everything are WAY better. Throw some tuna or chicken in there, hit it with a bit of sauce (depends on how i'm feeling. Sometimes it just some sriracha, sometikes its my mom's dumpling sauce if i'm feeling zesty.) Crack and egg into it right after you remove it from heat and let the residual heat cook the egg while you stir it. Garnish with ginger, garlic, and green onion, and hitnitnwith a tiny bit more sesame seed oil. Flavor town, my friends. All for about a dollar

it’s always so refreshing to see the cocky and narcissistic type people who are so persistent on their dish being the best, get humbled and lose when their dish is usually the nastiest LOOL

I am literally craving for the broth lol...my craving for ramen actually increased after getting into the k world lol..k dramas..mostly.a k drama isn't done without them eating ramen atleast 5 times just to make us suffer from craving😭

I make the ramen with the flavor pack, dump the water out leaving the noddles in the pot then add a cheese like Alfredo sauce, canned corn, and some beef bullion, mix and that stuff is amazing

How do none of these people know ramen is supposed to have broth. This is my ramen recipe if anyone wants to try: Broth: boil water and add 1-3 tsp of old bay seasoning and add the flavor seasoning packet. Then add your ramen in, the reason you add the seasoning in first is to make sure that the ramen absorbs all of the flavor. Btw, make sure that the water only just covers the ramen so as to avoid too much broth and the need to remove some because broth is flavor. Then make two eggs with salt and pepper, sunny side up and covered to cook the top with steam, and cook it in oil, only remove once the top is white and not like jelly but make sure the yolks are still runny. After chop up some scallions or Chinese chives and add them in, make sure the are thin to maximize surface area and therefore flavor. Drizzle sriracha over the egg but don’t add too much because too much spice dulls overall flavor. And for the sauce: mix 1 part honey, 1 part sesame oil, and 3 parts soy sauce, feel free to add chili oil as well for more flavor.

Shooooot now I don't feel bad when I made ramen at 4am this morning starving 🤣 I didn't use the packet & put my own seasonings in it along with some butter in the BROTH & I thought it was lovely lmao _Who wants DRY ramen?!_

Cook your ramen like you would and after it gets done crack an egg into it turn off the heat and cover the egg with noodles set a timer for 3 mins. While you are waiting for the egg to cook put chili paste garlic the white part of green onions and the seasoning packet in a non stick pan on medium low heat let it cook for about 15 seconds then add any type of cheese once the cheese starts to stick to the pan add milk slowly while mixing until the consistency is that of a thick sauce. By this time the egg should be done cooking. Take the egg out of the ramen and put the ramen in the sauce pan without the broth and mix the sauce in. Put the ramen in a bowl and while you wait for it to cool fry some ham once the ham is done place the ham on one side of the bowl. Cut open the egg and place it on the other side. Then sprinkle the green parts of green onion in the middle and enjoy There are also different ways you can cook the egg, soft boiled, sunny side up/fried, or just crack it in and stir it in

@alyzeh haider usually a simple broth is cooked/simmered at a minimum of 4-8 hours depending on the protein or what you want to extract exactly. Past 12 hours all the flavours and essentials are in the broth already, 40 hours is really pushing it unless your chef is adding more to the broth like aromatics or protein. But otherwise there's no point. Even the legendary Sano didn't make his broth that long I assume.

Cheyenne was very underrated when it came to Olu. Im not sure how Olu felt when she found she only had a rating of 2

I'm super glad Marcus was #2 on points because Olu's ego was so huge that she got two points. Karma's gonna track you down. Step by step, from town to town. The broth makes the ramen noodles very soft and edible.
