4920N (N-channel Dual Mosfet) VDSS : 30V, RDS(ON) : 18mΩ, ID : 8.2A
CONNECTION BREAK fix
00:00:00:00 00:00:08:27 Hello~~ Today I will repair the IMAX B6 charger.
00:00:11:00 00:00:19:27 If you try to charge the battery without the battery installed, a message is displayed with a warning sound.
00:00:20:26 00:00:29:23 For this reason, check the battery connection cable.
00:00:46:04 00:01:10:04 If the cable is normal but "CONNECTION BREAK" is still output, there is a problem inside the charger.
00:01:24:25 00:01:29:18 Unscrew the 8 screws on both sides.
00:02:00:14 00:02:04:17 Remove the 4 buttons of the operating switch.
00:02:47:16 00:02:55:27 Remove the 3 screws securing the PCB.

00:04:05:17 00:04:14:14 "CONNECTION BREAK" error code is most likely a problem with the battery output part..
00:04:18:15 00:04:26:20 I checked the datasheet and confirmed that the 12H3LL is a MOSFET. Let's check.

00:05:18:02 00:05:26:29 Removing the resistor makes it easier to swap out the MOSFET.

You don;t need to remove the buttons. Flex the top of the case where it meets the base on the top and bottom edge and they pop apart.
제가 밧데리 + -연결을 잘못해서 딱 그 모스핏을 태워 먹었거든요?? 그 모스핏 모델명은 nce3**10인가 그러든데 교체할수 있는 정식 모델명 말씀해 주실수 있나요??

Hi interesting. I have imax b6 mini, while checking with "battery meter" function, I heard a pop sound and burning smell. After that point, it is showing same error as yours. But on the PCB there is no burning or damage signs. Any thoughts pls?

Если это еще актуально: проверь стабилитрон 5v, находится в самом верху возле дисплея, он один такой красный, стекляный или отследи по плюсу питании зарядки.
Thank you. But my device notice “ volt error” when i charge balance Lipo 1ampe …(2s), confirm or cancel then warn “volt error”. And i charge two batteries connected in series i use power input 12v 120w , choose charging method pb battery, confirm and cancel, then notice volt error. Help me

I think it was less than 10 ohm, but I don't remember exactly what the resistance value was. And I didn't replace the resistor. Thanks for watching!
or u throw it in the bin and buy a genuine one 4 only 35$.......
