Such a beautiful visualization practice feeling great joy and peace,thanks a lot ksantikara very grateful.

This meditation whenever I do,it touches my whole being and feel such a great joy and gratitude,I feel so lucky to have Buddha and his teaching in my life,heartfelt thanks kasantikara,with metta.
