This meditation is so beautiful and powerful I will be practicing this regularly from now on ❤
Wishing a difficult person well was hard at first but it soon got easier for me as I let go of the unnecessary hatred I had built up in my heart

Glad you enjoy it, Thank you so much! 💖
Thank you so much! This meditation certainly allowed me to feel a sense of harmony for myself and all other beings I focused on. My heart chakra expanded, my hands buzzed, and my aura expanded hugely while drenched in loving energy. Simply a beautiful experience X🙏🏻X
I have been having a constant but depleting pain arising in my heart centre for about 15 months which had terribly hindered my regular meththa meditation practice because I felt that I was unable to feel meththa in my heart due to the distraction caused by the pain and also because my heart centre felt numb and void of proper feelings. However, following this meditation, I am able to feel meththa fully in my heart centre despite the pain.
Thank you! God or what ever you believe in blessed your life, body, soul, path and journey.
Thank you 🩷
I enjoyed this meditation. It felt good to let go of some of the anger I felt toward a person who treated me very unfairly in the past.
Thank you so much. One of the best meththa meditations I have followed. Actually, it must be the best one for me because this guided meditation took me completely into the meththa state of mind. Profoundly grateful. I just don't like seeing anyone as an enemy though. So I had to tell myself that it is a difficult person.
Cheers that was Lovely! ❤❤❤

Lovely session. But I would consider changing the word 'an enemy' to some other appropriate word. We don't have enemies. But it can be a challenging person ... difficult people ☸☸☸

Thanks Nelum. 'Enemy' in this case refers to anybody you feel ill-will or anger towards, even on a comparatively low level. If you prefer, you can substitute the term 'difficult person' for 'enemy' if that feels more appropriate for you.
