They all have different personalities. My first cat would hide when visitors came. Many of my friends didn't even know I had her for 18 years. My second cat would lie in the middle of the floor and want to be the center of attention.

My outside cat that I was courting since January of this year has been missing for 11 days! I am not sure what happened but I truly miss her a whole bunch! When I leave home for any purpose when I come back I go check to see if she is waiting for me outside to feed her. She got to know her schedule and in the morning she waits for the kitchen lights to come on, and she knows food is coming soon! I had her eat from my hand, and the day before she disappeared I played with her by throwing her treaters closer and closer to me, and she I think was having fun! In the mornings she would softly meow at me like hurry up I’m famished! I call her name in the same sound and voice that I have been doing when she was coming daily for her meals, and yet nothing! I am truly and really worried about her, because aside of all the stray cats there are also stray dogs, and coyotes, among other predator! I really am waiting for her to come back… what can I do?

Thank you for the video, it was very helpful. My 2 girl cats are almost 4 years old. They are my children to me and they sleep with me every night. I have their beds next to me on my bed. I have a bad habit of waking up at night and looking over at them and they look so sweet that I will give them a pet or scratch their ears, I guess I wake them up, but they never seem mad about it. Since they have never been around anyone but me, they are scared to death whenever anyone knocks on my door. They flee under my bed. But I have had other cats years ago that was raised the same way and they were friendly and nothing scared them. I don’t understand why my girls are so scared. They have it made.

You are so welcome. This is the first time watching your channel, and I am going to watch all your past videos and the new ones. I love cats and I find things out about these fur balls I never knew. I have always had cats since I was a little girl. One of my cats had kittens under my sheets on my bed when I was 12. Now I am 63. My Mother came in and we let her continue and petted her and I think we had to help her get a kitten out. Lol 😂

I've grown up with cats all my life and some of the stuff you say I have not seen. Bring your stuff to the house first of your animals and then introduce them slowly

I don't have a cat yet, but I'm really thinking of getting one at some point. What should I do if I am going to see a friend every now and then? Is it okay for me to feed them earlier that day and for them to be alone for a couple more hours than they're used to? Just one day every now and then.

Dealing with aggression or bullying behavior among multiple cats in a household can be challenging, but there are several strategies you can try to address the issue: - Provide Sufficient Resources: Ensure that there are enough resources such as food bowls, water bowls, litter boxes, scratching posts, and resting areas for all your cats. Competition over resources can sometimes trigger bullying behavior. - Separate Feeding Areas: Feed your cats in separate areas to prevent conflicts over food. This can help reduce tension and competition during meal times. - Environmental Enrichment: Provide plenty of mental and physical stimulation for all your cats through toys, interactive play sessions, and environmental enrichment. Engaging their natural hunting instincts and providing outlets for energy can reduce stress and prevent boredom-related aggression. - Behavior Modification: Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desirable behavior and discourage bullying. Reward calm and friendly interactions between your cats with treats or praise. - Supervision and Intervention: Keep an eye on your cats' interactions and intervene if you notice any signs of aggression. Redirect their focus with toys or separate them temporarily if tensions escalate. - Consult a Veterinarian: If the bullying behavior persists despite your efforts, consult with a veterinarian to rule out any medical issues and to seek further advice on behavior modification techniques. I hope it helps! 💜

My cat doesn't like being picked up but cant stay off the fosh tank. Put all kinds of sticky mats, foil, etc to get him to stop and he won't. None the less he gets rlupset when being picked up and needless to say i wont let him stay up there to find a way into the tank. So i pick him up and he glares at me for the rest of the day. Someone recommended short tacks on top but i dont wanna hurt him and i know my clumsy ass would hurt myself on em. So for now as far as im concerned he can suck it up and deal with getting picked up if he refuses to make the association of going up there means getting picked up. And no he doesnt do it when im gone because that room gets closed off. Has the pc, fish tank, and collectibles in there and hes shown he cant be trusted alone in there enough as is by chewing through an audio cable.

Jackson Galaxy would say 'play with your cat!' If you already are, 'play with your cat more!' He's a really good resource for helping with unwanted behaviours that are actually natural for them
