Me yahi baat kafi lambe time se keh rahi hu, hamare bacche Jo kha rahe he wo futuristic nahi hai ,Maine mere tution Classes ke bacche apne relationship me sabhi baccho ke ye sab test karwaye and found approx all are deficiencies of vit b12 and d even some got harmonal imbalances like pre diabetic, thyroid,u can imagine the value of tsh in one boy of 16year 360 Shocking it was , iske baad se me apne surrounding me sabhi baccho ka on observation rakhti hu ,but ha kabhi kabhi parents ko unke test karane ke liye convinced karna he mushkil hota hai,apke iss video ke baad aab lag raha hai,me sahi soch rahi hu

Sir, I am a big fan of yours. According to your diet plan, sports persons generally need to consume 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. You mentioned in a podcast that our body can only digest 10 grams of protein per hour, and consuming more than that at a time is ineffective. Given this, how can someone with a body weight of 70 kg consume 126 grams of protein per day? Additionally, you advise postponing breakfast to extend the fasting window and avoiding food after sunset. If the eating window is limited to 9 hours, how can one consume 126 grams of protein within this timeframe? Please suggest a strategy.

while vegetatians are at high risk for many of these issues because of how some vitamins, heme iron and omega 3 and 6 are not avaialble in veg foods..can you please suggest a balanced diet that covers these food groups for vegetarians
Until kids are at home till the age of 4 we control them on what they eat but after going to school they start asking all junk foods since their friends eat and become more cranky.

Are sir, Thoda chill kriye, let the kid grow up. Childhood is the age of eating let the child eat whatever he want. Everyone has to go one day. No matter how much we do human body is always deficient of one thing or another. Not pointing at you, but majority of nutritionist will just prescribe you bunch of costly supplements and get huge commission from Pharma companies. Let the kid eat home made food and sometime outside food. He will be ok.
