@@Jamienicholas02 You completely missed the fucking point. Buy a dog because it'll give most of you immature motherfuckers something to mature you. A dog is a serious responsibility. It's a whole ass LIFE you have to take care of. That's number one. Number two--having responsibilities will take your mind off a bunch of bullshit, like obsessing over your lack of a girlfriend. Paradoxically, when you stop thinking about having a girlfriend...you'll end up getting a girlfriend. but of course, people on the internet seem to be forever investing in living like a teenager and thinking like one too.

I went on a date on Wednesday. I meet her through friends at university and while at first we just hung out as a group and we never really got to talk much, last Friday I bumped into her at a cafe and we sat and talked for 45 mins and then we realised we had a class to go 5 mins before it started. The day after I messaged her and asked if she would like to go out to eat sometime and without hesitation she said yes now we both looked at places we could go and she suggested a place that she heard good things about and to tease I said that I’ll trust her judgment this time but if I’m disappointed I’ll be deciding next time, jokingly. Long story shorter, we went to breakfast, sat there for 2 and a half hours talking constantly and then only left cause she had classes and we both had a great time and She started talking about a next time. So I’m going to be asking if she wants to go out again soon. It is possible brothers!

The thing about socializing or cold approaching girls is that u need to get warmed up to be good at talking and flowing in conversation. Otherwise, if u just go about ur day, and u randomly see a hot girl, ur gonna be nervous, too scared to approach, and if u do approach, ur gonna stumble on ur words and come across like a weird/awkward unconfident wreck, and she's gonna reject u. Getting a girlfriend comes down to approaching a ton of girls and hoping u get lucky, or being a part of a social circle with hot girls and getting introduced to one.

To me, it's not worth the struggle because if you don't have the looks of a model and your "game" sucks, it's over, and I don't want to play games. Also, being in a relationship is overrated. I prefer to be comfortable, doing whatever I want whenever I want. I stay alone and focus on what I am passionate about, focus on my career as well. Sometimes I feel lonely and sad, it happens, but never lasts a very long time. Recently, I've been feeling lonely and downloaded an app called "slowly". It's not a dating app per say, but it's a way to meet girls my age who live in my country, without any of us showing off our faces, and getting to know each other. With their profile description, I can tell if I'm going to get along well with them or not: if we have things in common, if they seem nice to talk to, smart... Because there's no profile picture but just an avatar, you can have an idea what the person looks like but it helps a lot with interraction, on the contrary of dating apps where only the hottest men (1% of men) get all the matches & replies. On an app like Slowly, girls talk to you for what you have to say, and eventually appreciate you who you are as a soul, and not just for your looks.

I have this sometimes too but the thing is most people would love it if a person starts a conversation with them it feels refreshing that they themselves don’t have to do it, I’d dig in at their interests and if y’all don’t have that many they’ll either stay as an acquaintance or you can go a different route and share stories with eachother since y’all are so different which works for anyone I mean there was this friend group of girls in my English class always talking and huddling up with eachother (because the class was infront of the entire school’s AC generator is was cold asf) and it was surprisingly easy to talk to them you just have to trust yourself no matter how many set backs maybe meet people online first then get warmed up with that and then do it IRL either way you try it you’ll eventually get to the point where you talk to girls cause if they’re too hard for you just take it slow talk to other guys then slowly start approaching girls once you’re good with everything else. Also if you’re an adult I’d worry even less since you’re just gonna approach a girl if she rejects you you’re not gonna see her again you won’t even care about it 5 years from now so why not y’know? All or nothing is what I’m saying so yeah. I think you should work on those insecurities maybe working out learning to fight or quitting masturbation and porn which is gonna improve you in literally every way trust so yeah don’t ever be shy or scared

It's not a 'limiting' belief, it's a rational one. Unless you're highly charismatic or good-looking, why would a female stranger want to talk to you? If some chick who was both boring and fat tried to make small talk with you while you were out and about, wouldn't you be annoyed? You have this anxiety because your past approaches have failed, and your past approaches have failed because you lack looks, charisma, and status/wealth. Improve your appearance and make PILES of cash, and your every approach will succeed.

I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s. It causes me to envy and resent couples out there younger than me, people who got to experience having a serious long-term relationship before I did and yes I know people will always say comparison is the thief of joy or don't compare yourself to others. But I believe it's always has been and always will be part of the human psyche, been that way since the beginning of time to feel upset and depressed when you feel you are not part of the norm. Because of that I feel like a forever permanent incel for all time, even when I did manage to get a girlfriend. So yeah even while I did have a girlfriend, I still felt like an incel. I don't see myself ever getting over this, it will be a pain and wound for the rest of my life. And I'm not afraid to admit that there have been times over the years I have hated being born male, because I know I'm not the only guy in the world that has this mindset, that men have to do everything in dating and relationships and seduction. Yes I know tons of people say what's the point of being angry and depressed over what didn't happen in the past or not? Well I'm entitled and I have a right to my mindset, I believe it's always been part of human nature or just the human psyche to always be sad and depressed or angry and resentful over good things that they wish happened to them in the past but didn't. I know I'm not afraid to admit I have had these thoughts, and I'm sure other guys have thought this way, we feel that if we had been born a woman, we would not have been single that long. Probably because women just have to exist and they are guaranteed attention and options from Men, that requires no skill or no social dynamics, no game or no seduction. Guys, men, have to know or learn all of these skills, behaviors, talk a certain way, behave a certain way, act a certain way, walk and stand a certain way, breathe a certain way, have a certain lifestyle, because leading or taking the lead is something that is behavior based, skill based, think a certain way, and many more things, that i either don't know or forgot. Women just have to exist and breathe and they are guaranteed attention, options, that doesn't require any learning or skill development, it mind boggles me and makes me annoyed when people say women need skills to succeed in dating. One person I remember I heard said that women need game as well which I thought was the stupidest thing I ever heard. So ya I still feel like an incel for all time despite managing to get a girlfriend eventually, and I still get irritated and annoyed whenever people and society say that men have it better than women do in the human mating game. And I don't get or understand why a guy or a human male or just a person in general has no right to feel depressed or feel bitter and forever resentful if they manage to get their first relationship late-in-life. For example, if a person doesn't have their first relationship until their 30s or 40s and older. People say that a person like that should still be happy, but I feel a person like that has to have a right to feel forever depressed and bitter and resentful because they feel that their youth went to waste or their youth was stolen from them. I feel men have a right to be angry about something like that more than women do because for all-time men have always been dealt with the burden of having to accept or take responsibility for their lives while women can simply rely on others to do it for them. For all-time relationships and dates are basically handed or given to women on a silver platter but not for men

I get where you’re coming from. But relying on the fact that it’s in our human nature to feel these negative emotions and deciding to indulge in them will only bring you more misery. And yes, we all have different mindsets and our own philosophies when it comes to life, I’m going to have my own sets of beliefs and you’re going to have your own. And here’s the thing, neither our way of living is the right or wrong way to live or think, it just depends on what we want in our lives. When I read your comment, I found it very insightful, and although you brought up some very good points, it’s a very pessimistic view about life in my opinion. So if I were to give advice, I would say that you have to realize that life is just unfair, sure you can get mad, be upset, and feel these terrible emotions because that’s what humans do, but don’t let these negative aspects of your life control you. I myself have so much to work on and I hope you can do the same for you as well. Have a good one :)

I had my first relationship/kiss at 39. The woman was exhausted from dating so much, done with it and just desperate for the one. I was like a puppy dog so happy to have my first shot at it. I was over the moon to have actually accomplished something I thought I would never get to experience in life. She could not relate at all and when we broke up she just saw the whole thing as a waste of her time. My best memories/experiences were just a waste of time for her. The insecurity and self-doubt of prolonged social exclusion will never leave you. I struggle with the bitterness as I don't want to be a bitter ungrateful person. To be clear I'm not bitter at women, I think men have excluded me much more and I think I am more their responsibility.

Hello there my friend. I just read your comment and it was HIGHLY RELATABLE to me. You just described everything that I feel now, because I had my first real relationship at 28-29, and I'm feeling bitter and sad about it. In my case, I have CPTSD and that has really affected me and many aspects of my life for years, even today. I grew up without a father and my mother was a religious extremist who was also quite abusive (I had to deal with a lot of physical and psychological abuse). My self esteem is ground level, and it truly messed up even good opportunities in my life where I could have gotten a girlfriend. I feel that my best years were taken away from me, that I also missed out a lot. I see young couples wearing high school uniforms and that's enough to make me angry and sad. I could say that I got lucky, my first times were always possible thanks to the advances of the females, I never actually had the courage or confidence to start anything by my own or to take the first step. Is there a way to reach out to you? I'm really looking for something to talk about these things with... I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. Sometimes people tell me "others have had it worse, you should be happy you at least had it", but there's no point in comparing oneself to others that have it worse, it's stupid. Hugs, brother. I hope you can answer. I wish you the very best.

I mean my current girlfriend at Walmart, i was getting a bag a flower for making bread. There was a rip in the bag, and when i throw it in my cart the flower got all over her. Exactly, there’s a difference between chasing and letting it happen, when you be patient and let it happen you know the feeling and the girl will to. My shots aren’t falling right now and they haven’t been for a little while but the times where I was getting action the female gravitated toward me and I didn’t have to do anything much like how all females have it right now.

I actually struggle staying at the gym for so long. I get it's probably the optimal non alcoholfueled place to meet people my age (30) but I always think i'm taking up space/time for people who also wanna workout on same machine. I used to stay longer when I went with friends since we talked and stuff, but now I pretty much go alone, in and out. Gonna try to last longer. I also feel there's this notion that no girl wants to be talked to when they go to the gym (from Miami, FL, idk if it may be different elsewhere) Two of my female coworkers said I was weird for going to the gym to socialize/get social exposure, especially during COVID. They pretty much implied gym should be exclusively for working out. I saw your channel a few weeks ago, love your content. I stopped wearing earbuds at the gym in efforts to seem more open to convo, felt like I was the only one haha.

I've been single like, forever and man... it always gives me mixed feelings! Certain days, I'm super happy when I realise there aren't people around and I just love doing my favourite hobbies Other days, after an epic gym workout, I will tend to sit down and just f**King stare deep into the abys listening to sigma music Ngl, I am pretty happy to be alone 😂 one advantage Is that you don't have to deal with shit like cheating, lies and all that stuff that happens sometimes in relationships (not trying to offend people here who are in long, awesome committed relationships but just stating for those that have issues) But yeah, main conclusion I'm getting at: Be happy that you're single and make the most of doing things you love while you are single. When the time comes and you do get in a relationship, you can appreciate your relationships more as you learnt how to love yourself first. Hope this helps :) Much ❤to all who took time to read this :)

I stopped beliving that I wan't regret another relationship. Every time it was lone struggle to maintain living with person that deep down don't care and wan't do for me quarter of things I did for her. Even good memories and happiness we had together is just another for of suffering that hits later when It ends.

I have come to the conclusion that no matter what I do and what position I put myself in there’s just some type of supernatural power that’s just not gonna let me get women I just can’t explain it, I’m not ugly I’m not short my teeth are white and straight, almost like I’m invisible. I’ve come to the conclusion it’s just not my season and hasn’t been the past couple of years.

Honestly I be like that sometimes I’m on my phone but whenever I do get approached or try to talk to someone AirPods and phone are gone not only does it look more respectful but for me I can pay attention way better if I don’t have Kendrick rapping a verse better than an entire Drake album on my AirPods as she’s telling me the story of how she took Salvia and lived an entire lifetime in a span of 15 minutes

I like the deliberate approach idea, but just remember, ur anxiety is gonna SOAR! I went to the mall to talk to women, not shop, & it takes A LOT to break through the paranoia and excuses. If ur serious, look at ur watch & give urself 30 SECONDS to talk to a girl! this is the only way I actually stopped making excuses & talked to girls…still got a long way to go, but YES, getting out of the house is a big STEP ONE

7 months ago was august…wow, yes. still at it. honestly, I get beyond frustrated sometimes. all I can say is when you get a number, just use it to set up the date. don’t bother trying to be funny or clever or whatever, they just ghost you. if they still don’t reply to ur date request, maybe try a random phone call. I hate to say it, but I’m an attractive, fit, tall guy with great hair, & it’s still so much work. cold approach is for chads or for guys with incredible social skills. all I can seem to get is rejection or flaky numbers
