What men need to be taught is to NEVER let women off the hook. Not even for the smallest things. Always call her out. Not in an aggressive way, but not in a playful way too. Be serious and assertive when it comes to her respect for you. Always go by your guts. I had something similar to the story you told here. I don´t want to tell the details of her insults and I didn´t react emotionally only asked if she only can be disrespectful and left, break contact, and out. It´s hard but the only way if you at least want to keep your self-respect.

This is happening to me now. I started investing into the relationship even though I told myself not to get too attached. After 2 months I started getting clingy and needy, and she made a comment about not making her breakfast like I use to as well lol and I responded by making her breakfast like a fool. She stop respecting me because I was giving her everything she wanted and now she stopped responding to my text messages. Ive decided to go no contact until she reaches out. It's been 10 days and it was really hard in the first week but slowly it's getting easier. Still get moments where I feel really sad and anxious. But trying to stay focus and busy

To be sure that she is narcissist you not only should feel emotionally tired because of constant tidy up everything at home, but also being punished by her emotionally and verbally if you stop tidy up after her or if she has kids so after all of them. Well then be responsible now for your words and for your actions what you meant back then. It is simple as that. Everything else is a theatre and a fair bit of a manipulation.
