Whenever a woman breaks up with me It’s No Contact forever. When they ask to stay friends I say No because I was only interested in being in a relationship. Her loss, even if I experienced heartbreak I force myself to move on. Don’t have any kind of contact with an ex, it’s not worth it. An ex stays in the past forever. Know your own worth, there’s plenty of other women to date.

You need to keep yourself busy while going no contact. Work harder, read a book, learn something new, exercise, go to new places, and rest properly.

That's why learning discipline is important as a young man. Best way to do it is combat sport. Imagine you to get punched in the face and your cardio is fucked Plus you have pain and you need to stay strong and show that f.e. your ribs aren't hurt cause your oponnent senses that and attacks your weakpoints even more.. a Pokerface and discipline. ANyways I got a question for practicing stoics,how do you take stuff that matters seriously:career,relationships,passions/hobbies if you can't get attached to the goal. How to be serious yet aloof and in control wrt these things. All of these are external but all of these demand time and effort,conviction and dedication.Where is the threshold? A woman will miss you only if there is some attraction..If there isn't, she won't even notice you're gone!

All good advice and no contact is effective but I must say so with one caveat. If she does indeed forget about you after going no contact she was not really that interested or into you in the first place. So even if that does happen you’re still winning because you now know where she really stands.

I have almost always found that I end up with someone better when I go no contact. They are almost always younger, better looking, nicer, etc. I have also found that they come back about 80% of the time with NC but I usually will only string them along as a F-buddy and nothing more. They thought that the grass was greener and it wasn't. I just can't re-establish trust and commitment with anyone like that.

The point of no contact is not to care if she comes back or not. If you care, then you already lost. Once I started my no contact back in April, I immediately went out and started dating again. By day 3, never worried about her again. I’ve been finding better. Hell, I don’t even see her as attractive anymore. I see it as her loss. Not mine. Shaima H we all know when a woman truly wants a man she'll go a long way to get him or attract his attention, especially if the man treated her nicely before she chose to dump him. One must not ignore their ex when they reach out during no contact, if they want them back, but at the same time it is utterly erroneous to chase a dumper or be over excited when she reaches out. If she wants her ex back she'll reach out. If she doesn't, what I tell guys is simple and straightforward - she wasn't meant for you and the relationship wasn't meant to be. Move on...

I know many guys who did this and the girls never returned and also slept with multiple men. No matter how chill you are you have no control...if she leaves you you got to show some serious strength. Some women see no contact as lack of interest so it's a tricky method.
