I don’t even play volleyball and i can tell it’s amazing, you rush for the ball just so that you can at least hit it up and keep it in play, you hit it back and fall to the ground not knowing what’s happening and only focusing on getting back to the court to help, and the moment you turn around, your team rushes over to you after they had been able to get a point because of your amazing save, i’m 99% sure there is almost no better feeling

i just watched a video of that guy in the japanese team that made the point.his name is nishida yuji and it seems like he is a damn moster lmao like he jumps so high, his serves are crazy (he once pointed 6 times in a row only by serves) and he hits the ball with so much power...

Plot twist: The libero at 2:37 actually meant not to get and pass the ball to pay respect to his co-libero because that save was hella hard and admirable.

Not quite as much of a horizontal run but that was a bit of a cut there. Thing about Haikyuu is that it is really quite realistic with the players just being fit and athletic humans instead of superhuman with Dragonball Z powers.
