im in a highschool vball team, lemme translate for u real quick: chance ball: the ball goes over to your side from the other side, though it wasn't intentional or meant to be an attack, or feint sorry, cover: you make a dumbass move and need your teammate to help yuh out (really only applies to bad receives and etc.) nice serve: I mean... its quite obvious isn't it? but basically, this kind of communication helps us know how other players are doing on the court. this is especially important for the setter, and the captain also does this as well.

TraXX Boyxxx That shocked me too. I thought they exaggerated it because it’s an anime but I had the shock of my life when I saw that it really is accurate. I didn’t expect volleyball to be a slow, easy sport but I also didn’t expect it to be so fast and intense. It’s got me considering playing volleyball. I would if I didn’t mess my knee up.

I actually saw an edit on that very clip, they edited in the “ROOOLLLINNGGUU, SUUUUNNNDDAAA” voice line and put it into the clip, and timed it so that the line ends the moment he receives the ball

Us Koreans seems to have the habit of leaving massive amouts of sweat whenever we fall on the floor, I play Basket-Ball but am a lover of all sports, but whenever I draw a charge or end up on the floor after a foul, The amount of sweat on the floor is insane.

Both sports require a good amount of skill and physical requirements! None is better than the other. The only reason Soccer/Football is widely more enjoyed is because it appeals to many more people. Why? Well Volleyball requires a net that's high enough and some people in third world countries cant manage that but in cases of football/soccer you can just literally line up 2 bottles and call it a goal. So it is easier to play football/soccer than volleyball. That is one of the reasons why it appeals to a much higher audience

Goosebumps all over!! What I love the most about volleyball is that no matter how hard it was to save the ball they just get up to their feet and keep playing. Volleyball is amazing 😍

Volleyball is like the only sport where it can be the last moment and everyone is about to cry because the ball is going to hit the floor- and then you see a player jump in and save it at the last moment. It's the best feeling ever. Keeping the ball from hitting the floor is probably the best thing in volleyball, because it allows those awesome receives to happen.

its really good to see the team struggle with the ball, like no chances to score the point, and turns up they score it! Fantastic performance!

Liberos are definitely one of the most important positions/players on the team! Always keeping the ball in play and opening so many opportunities for their team! They need more credit, they really hold the game together as much as the rest
