My favorite part playing volleyball when younger was the fact that you can save the ball with your foot and it still counts. That still is one of my favorite things. Nothing gives you more adrenaline than being able to keep the ball from hitting the floor with whatever part of your body you are able to hit it with

I watched Haikyuu when I was struggling in volleyball at school, Haikyuu not only got me into volleyball, it taught me all the rules of volleyball and how to play it properly. I still play volleyball with my friends in my free time because I love volleyball and wont stop. :)

@HammerBann no that's just anime. Anime is dramatic so it's not really a waste when that's what the entire industry is doing. The story was made by a volleyball fan and I believe also played so I can't disrespect that type of art (esp since from what I've seen alot of the actual animation and is a beautiful depiction of real volleyball motion and technique....except the hands....they piss me off)

In USA soccer is the sport to score goals, where the ball is hitted principally with the foots but can't be touched with arms or hands; football (also known as American Football) have as purpose score a touchdown or field goal, principally a player runs with the ball trying to get to the touchdown zone while the teammates try to stop the other team from tackling down the player.

I don’t think it’s a carry either. If you have the right angles and push off the left hand more you can achieve that play legally. It’s more of “the stars needed to align” kind of moment

Never been a fan of volleyball before, too painful for me just to serve and receive the ball but after watching Haikyu!! I finally get to understand why it's enjoyable.

Didn't watch Haikyuu. Didn't watch a lot of volleyball. Still I am here to see the diving, reflexes and then just imagine myself doing all those stunts without actually doing any of those 😁.

I used to be the fastest kid in my year and even my teachers noticed that, my dream was to become a runner but here I am having nightmares about not being able to run because now Im to slow... @@marianam779 I was supposed to be a professional basketball player overseas. it was a little bit too hard for me to do it here in the States because I didn't have enough conventional training. But at the time you needed a college degree to play and I didn't have one. Then I got injured and out of shape. I'm over 40 now. You got time. Use it.

With several years in both football and volleyball behind me, the most enjoyable play was the 9:17. Muricans always gets impressed when someone kicks a round ball =D
