If God is real, I despise him.

My logic is simple and only intended to help people, not to “win” an argument.
It’s inconceivable that a human would be right where God is wrong. God is the source of intellect and morality. God is supremely good, intelligent, and wise. While it is totally understandable for a human to say. “Some of what God has done, or has allowed, makes no sense to me and even appears morally wrong.” it simply never makes sense for them to say, “I therefore conclude that God is actually wrong. He doesn’t know what I know or he is simply immoral and is purposely doing evil. I conclude that my own evaluation of things is superior to the Creator’s.” Such an attitude is folly.
If you think God is wrong, it’s very strong evidence that you are wrong.

Why do American children get iPhones while Syrian kids get bombs and cholera? Why do British kids get a free education while Indian kids work in sweatshops? Why does God favour secular Western democracies over poor religious countries? Why would you worship a God who has created so much suffering for the innocent? There's an old story about an atheist who said to God "Why are you so despicable and mean?". God said, "I have to think about my answer. Here's some energy and matter. Go make a bunny rabbit and come back when you are done and we'll sit down and talk about it". The atheist went off and after 10 years brought back a mechanical bunny. God said, "No, it has to be alive, eat, reproduce, grow hair, have an immune system that heals wounds, like a real bunny.". The atheist got more matter and energy and went to work at making a bunny. Time passed, he died, but God let him continue trying. Billions of years went by and God came to check on him. The atheist said, "No bunny yet, but I'm not giving up.". God said, you've died, and I kept you alive for billions of years, and you still don't believe I exist? The atheist said, "I definitely don't believe in you.". God said, "Why?". The atheist said, " God is supposed to be all knowing, but, you don't know anything about atheists.".

It will all point to the truth of Jesus Christ who is the fulfillment of God's salvation plan for everyone who believes. There are Hindu girls and boys who came to know the truth and left their life to know the truth of God's existence and bekieve in Him because he reveals himself every day. Time passed, he died, but God let him continue trying. Billions of years went by and God came to check on him. The atheist said, "No bunny yet, but I'm not giving up.". God said, "You've died, and I kept you alive for billions of years, and you still don't believe I exist?". The atheist said, "I definitely don't believe in you.". God said, "Why?". I would be massively confused and ask what happened to the Judeo-Christian god who must still exist for the evidence of his existence still exists. The Greek pantheon isn’t internally consistent and has shown very little evidence of its claims just as most other religions. Buddhism has some physiological effects on people which is evidence, but Judaism and Christianity corroborate historical events that we continually affirm with archeological and historical discoveries. That’s one of the biggest reasons that sets Christianity apart and why it’s so popular. It can be backed up.

Dark isn't a quantifiable quality it is simply a referential description of something else. Dark has no properties and no influence. That's what you're claiming evil is. That's the analogy you're proposing. How can you not see the flaw in that "reasoning". Evil is an act one person perpetrates on another. Evil is quantifiable as behavior, actions, and states. Evil is an attribute of an entity. Evil, by the Christian definition, is a real genuine influential force in our reality. It takes form and action. It coerces others to do the same. Evil and Dark could not be more diametrically opposed. They are literally exactly direct opposites of one another. I swear y'all need to read your damn book more thoroughly. Evil is not described as a "lack of good" or "lack of God" in the bible. To be clear, at no point does any passage in the bible explicitly state in any way that evil is "the lack of good" or "the lack of the presence of God". That is a belief you've manifested out of nothing with no base foundation. It is an invention of your mind and I'd argue a misinterpretation of what are very clear definitions of what evil is. That's on you. You've convinced your self of this falsehood. Exodus 20:1-17 clearly states evil is an action of violating the ten commandments (which were not ever referred to as commandments until the king James version of the bible BTW) Matthew 5-7 says explicitly that evil is the act of being angry. Jesus equates it to the act of murder. Proverbs 6:16-19 even creates an actual list of all the actual things God considers evil and no where in it is "the lack of good" or "the lack of God". The entirety of Genesis 3 depicts evil as a tangible creature directly influencing real human beings. In Galatians 5:19-21 Paul creates a list of many specific actions that are evil (sins of the flesh In this case)

First there is not proof for much of anything. Logically we can't prove the world outside our own minds exists. We would never be able to tell a real world from a simulation or a fream or some other thing. The idea the universe is real is a unprovable unfalsifiable theory. There is gery little we xan prove outside of logical concepts and maths. Second the world with so much pain is a result of separation from god. God did not intend this and from the Bibles perspective intends to fix it. Third. Its not pointless. It is a relationship. You know your family ( wife brother sister husband father mother etc.) loves you. But that doesn't mean it is pointless gor them to say it. God knows all things but to express yourself is an act of love. And you should not be so hardened that only a forceful act of god can change your mind. Be open to logic and reason. Be open to love and to see from a new perspective. There is nothing wrong with changing your mind. I never heard a flaw that held up to reason.

You will never understand this mindset until you have hell in your life. And that hell in your life is never changing, never-ending, constantly having to endure it on a daily basis without ceasing. Imagine for a moment what it's like for a child in human trafficking. How could this child not be mad at God? Instead of experiencing a normal childhood with loving parents, They Experience rape, torture and humiliation as their toys, as their cartoons and as their schooling. As they become older they not only carry that trauma but it spills into every relationship in their life. Children raised like this are more likely to choose people that are going to abuse them further. How can you expect every single person on this planet to love God when you haven't spent a single day in their shoes? This is obviously an extreme example. Most people on this Earth have lived very cushy Comfort filled lives. Most people complain about things that don't even matter. Like small lines at the supermarket, the cashier not being fast enough, or a product being too expensive. But the people that have experienced hell on Earth, it is a bloody miracle if they still believe in God.

You get to be your own God. You get to go on hating God and fighting on your own. But the Truth you denied ( that He loves you and His plan is far superior) leads to eternal anguish. @@Goldenrod6901 What he does do is grant the existence of an omnipotent, omniscient, all wise, all loving, Creator God and then he says that he'd give such an entity a piece of his mind because he, Alex, knows better. It's a ridiculous position. Alex is essentially making an argument from evil attack on the idea of the Christian God. This is an _ancient_ argument. It has already been soundly defeated. You can simply google 'theodicy' to find out all about it. One of the counter arguments to the argument from evil is that, basically, God works in mysterious ways, and the universe had to be the way it is, and that doing it another way would result in a less good universe (for some unknowable reason). Some people find that idea insufficient. They call it an 'appeal to mystery'. They're wrong, it's actually quite sufficient to counter the argument from evil. Since the argument from evil is making an absolute claim it doesn't actually take much to defeat it; you need only carve out a possible exception and it falls apart. But still, some people don't like it. Mind you, maybe it's not that the answer is unknowable, but rather just unknown. So there could be a good reason that we just don't know and can't yet grasp from our position here in this life. What Alex does in his scenario is make the appeal to mystery _true._ If we have the universe as it is with all the evils it contains, _and_ we have the Christian God as well, then _Alex is wrong._ That's a logical entailment. In this case the mysterious reason that we are currently not privy to _must_ exist. Alex's position is self-defeating. The idea that he thinks that he knows better than God is mind boggling.

Do you really think that the infinite, all powerful and all knowing God of the universe cares about your conclusion that he’s a monster? A conclusion that he would know full well is entirely ill-informed, finite, and corrupt? How can you seriously act like you’d be on an even playing field to debate the God of the Bible, supposing he is real, about how much of a monster he is, based on your ungrounded, created-made (as opposed to creator-made) morality? “Gods a monster” is your position. Ok. In the scenario you are imagining, you and everyone else that believes this is still going to be thrown into the universal dustbin for all eternity, totally separated from all good, because of your angry, selfish & unfounded rejection of your creator & his authority. @Tanakas7, That isn't even Biblical. After the plagues, Pharaoh was at the point of losing his resolve, and God stepped in to harden his heart. Romans 9:22 tells us why he did it: God has created some people to be destroyed in order to make himself look more powerful and glorious to those he has decided to have mercy on. The demise of those who are perishing is, in fact, God's fault, and God has no problem saying so. Read: Romans 9:18 - God hardens those he wishes to harden Romans 11:17 - God saved the elect but hardened others Romans 8:30 - God calls those he has predestined from before the foundations of the world. Those he has not pre-destined will not be called. Eph 1:5 - God saves some and not others because it pleases him to do it that way. God plays favorites and has a message for those who think that's immoral, "Shut up, I can do what I want." (Romans 9:19-21)

I can't agree more! Yes, there's something gone terribly, horribly wrong indeed. I would be concerned and terrified if that god was real, because it would mean we are in great danger of wrath and whims of an unstable, immoral, manipulative, authoritarian narcissist.

I think you just don’t understand God well. It’s ok to have doubts but don’t just keep them for yourself. Ask questions to people who know the religion very well. I’m not an expert in christianity but I think I could explain it to you if there are things you don’t understand. If you have questions, ask me or make a research on KZread. there are a lot of very wise Christian people on KZread that could answer your questions, such as Sam Shamoun.

That's where you're mistaken. LOVE can't be forced or is not really LOVE. GOD Loves you so much that if you don't want to go to heaven to be with him, he will not force you to go. The choice is YOURS to make & GOD loves you enough to honor YOUR Choice.

@@julienngongang6955I have seen many religious videos on youtube. Theyre all trash, and dismissed with the tiniest smidge of critical thinking and logic. Ill be very impressed and appreciative if you can actually answer my question. How do you know God is real? Did he tell you? People are obviously free to believe what they want, but its literally equivalent to believing in Harry Potter or Star Wars. Ludicrous insanity. Its actually quite pitiful that grown adults still believe in tbeir little fairy tales. Do you still believe in Santa and the Toothfairy, too?

@@Headbanger427yes, love can be forced actually. Kids like ice cream more than vegetables. Who loves their kid more? A parent who only feeds their kid ice cream? Or a parent who forces their kid to eat vegetables and meat and nutritious food that they hate? Its obvious that when you "love" someone, and youre the one making the decisions, you make decisions *NOT* based on what the person *wants* but based on what they *need* If god is real, which he obviously isnt, hes evil and wicked and cruel and should be condemned and hated

@@AK-gk6sdyou don’t get sent to hell by God. Atheists have a bad understanding of hell. You send yourself to hell. Also you are currently without excuse before God, you are confronted with people believing and people not believing. You choose what you choose. You aren’t blameless. God giving you your wish to be apart from him isn’t expected?
