Mike Winger

Mike Winger

You will learn to think biblically about everything so you can deal with false teaching, know what Scripture says about specific issues, prove Christianity is true, go deep into theology and become a go to resource for biblical knowledge so you can help others. I have a passion for helping others to carefully and thoughtfully understand and apply the Bible by creating the well-researched biblical content that you have been starving for ever since you first believed.
I’m Mike Winger, after serving for 14 years as a pastor in the local church I have a heavy burden on my heart to get REAL Bible teaching and knowledge into the lives of others. I want to give you the teaching I’ve been craving for my whole Christian life. I want you to be able to hear me make the case for my views and to be able to reason it through for yourself.

Isn't it amazing how many of these false prophets go back to the Mosaic Law to condemn people for not doing this or that or for living a certain way but when you bring up the punishment for prophesying falsely, they are real quick to point out that we aren't under the Mosaic Law any longer!

Reading these comments,I see many people defending this Bethel deception. I am telling you that everything in n̈ew age is satanic. They take principles of valid science and mix them with spirituality. That is the devil's way, a smattering of truth with satanic manipulation. I was new age for 30 years. I know the lies well. It's subtle and can deceive many, such as these people claiming they walk with the Lord in these comments. My question: which Lord are you walking with? My opinion is that you are walking with satan who can appear as an angel of light. I now do spiritual warfare. I had one new age channel make two videos to prove me wrong, that their gnostic Jesus was correct. They are beyond help. The woman's sweet baby girl voice turned to a demonic growl as she explained to her KZread audience she was going to prove me wrong. I successfully defeated every one of her gnostic "truths" with citing where she got it and how it was not biblical. Unfortunately, many will burn in hell confused that their new age Jesus didn't save them. Read Deuteronomy 18 to see what God called demonic.

You do know that someone not the Bible came up with Trinity thousand of years after the Bible was written I am not much of a religious person but I do love my Heavenly Father Jesus Christ son of God and the Holy Spirit Yes I am struggling but I still have a hard time following something that a man came up with if Heavenly Father thought the Trinity was important he would have mentioned it in the Bible there as many references of Jesus and God as one as there are equally references of them being two different entities so yes it can be confusing

1 Timothy 1 9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; Romans 8 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

His name isn’t Jesus… stop it.. his name is Yeshua, it’s even recorded as such in ancient records. It’s like me telling you my name is Bob, and then you just start calling me Jacob. It’s insane, especially if you know his real actual name but still choose to for some reason call him Jesus. Also worth mentioning ((there is no J in Hebrew ))

Hi, i am listening this now, and wanted to add something about the vine. In agroculture it is wellknown, that pruning is a way to get better/bigger fruit. Also it is known, that if a branch i growing up, it will likely give less fruit than if we bow it down. Therefore, translating that text as "lifting up" would not fit in the logic context.

We now have a very good account of how the Abrahamic concept of God was invented by conflating Canaanite deities ane one imported by a nomadic tribe who settled. The Canaanites became the Jews. There was no genocide. It's just literature. Personally, I felt a lot _better_ about the Bible when I learned that the god in its pages wasn't real and hadn't really unalive people in a global flood nor ordered his people to unalive local tribes and steal their land. God isn't the moral monster (necessarily) if the stories are just stories. You don't have to tie yourself in knots trying to explain how evil is actually good and those people must've deserved it, even the babies and toddlers, because they must've been very, very naughty, and the only thing an omniscient god could do to correct that was to unalive them all. It's utter nonsense if you try and make out it's history.

Self righteous postering? This from a man who went out of his way to make a whole video because Ricky a comedian who's known for being controversial and risque got under his skin. Look, As an American, you're free to practice your religion and make it your identity(as you an countless other people platforms like this have). But it is also my right to not have to share those same beliefs. But it's hypocritical for you to say that atheists are using sarcasm and disrespect to make their points. When every time someone asks me what my beliefs are, and I tell them. I get the same self righteous rhetoric and disrespectful vibes that your claiming atheists give off in your hypothetical debate 💯🤷‍♂️

Copies and translations of scripture aren't necessarily, in and of themselves, a problem. The problem is with manuscripts that don't simply contain various differences in translations (saying the same thing, just in different ways), but that rather say different things altogether, or don't say nothing at all, and therefore do not agree with one another. When one realizes this, the only logical conclusion is that they all can't be right and, considering that God is not a man that he should lie (Numbers 23:9), the problem should be obvious. Just the fact that there are so many different versions in English should give anyone pause. The differences are subtle, but they are many, and when I noticed many of them, it opened my eyes to the ongoing attack on God's word and legit angered me, and, frankly it surprises me that it doesn't anger more people. This is where the KJV always proves itself superior, at least to me. Take Mark 1:2 as an example. In the majority of modern versions, the verse starts with "As it is written in Isaiah the prophet..." Well, what follows in Mark 1:2 is written nowhere in Isaiah (only what's quoted in Mark 1:3 is), but rather in Malachi 3:1. How does it not bother someone that their version of "God's word" just made a claim that is objectively false? Meanwhile, the KJV gets it right (and it's NOT the only version that does): "As it is written in the prophets (Malachi & Isaiah)." But it doesn't stop there. In Hebrews 3:16, nearly all modern versions (including the NKJV) state that ALL who came out of Egypt led by Moses rebelled. That's another objectively false statement, because according to Numbers 14, Joshua and Caleb did not rebel (there's also Eliezer and probably others that were unnamed that did not rebel). Once again, the KJV gets it right: "For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses." In Matthew 5:22, most modern versions say something along the lines of "everyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment." Well. the problem with that is that Christ made himself subject to judgment (according to his own declaration) in Mark 3:5, where it states that he was with (or in) anger because of the Pharisees' hardness of heart. Can you trust a “Bible” that puts Christ in danger of judgment from God? Or perhaps that only applies to those who are angry WITHOUT A CAUSE (as it is written in the KJV). A cause for Christ's anger is clearly stated in Mark 3:5 (the Pharisees' hardness of heart). Then you've got the missing verses in the modern versions, such as Matt. 17:21, 18:11, 23:14; Mark 7:16, 9:44, 9:46, 15:28; Luke 17:36, 23:17; John 5:4; Acts 8:37, 15:34. 24:7, 28:29; Rom. 16:24. And NO, footnotes do not count! In Romans 13:9, most modern versions omit one of the commandments related to loving our neighbors as ourselves: Not bearing false witness. Notice how in most, if not all modern versions, many verses omit various titles of Christ which indicate His deity, or are altered in such a way as to not connote deity, such as Matt. 13:51; Mark 9:24; Luke 7:31, 13:8, 23:42; John 4:42, 6:69; Rom. 14:10; 1 Cor. 15:47, 16:22; Col. 1:2; 2 Tim. 4:22. Then compare all of these verses in the KJV. To many, different versions are no big deal and it’s all the same, but many of these are not simple, minor differences, they are complete changes to or omissions of important doctrines and truths! All this evidence is presented to stir you to consider how trustworthy or not your Bible is. When you see glaring differences between Bible versions that create shrouds of doubt surrounding the veracity of “sola scriptura,” you should want to know why these differences exist. Being "easier to read" is no excuse! The very nature of these differences should convince anyone that the modern versions are corrupt and based on anything but "more reliable manuscripts." Remember the first ever "textual critic" in Genesis 3:1 and what his argument was: "Yea, hath God said...?"Is what God said in your version really what God said?
