    Thanks so much for these videos. Your channel is seriously undervalued! I found one of these today and cooked it up it was delicious! Fried with butter and a little garlic it tasted very unique! Almost beefy in a way!

    I stumbled across these on a woodland hike today. I never knew a mushroom could get so huge! They had become very sponge like, so clearly inedible.

    Wow! What a stunning plate of food! I've just started up a student foraging society at the university of St Andrews and it's my dream for us to build up knowledge and skills to a point where we can create whole meals from foraged foods!

    Looks delicious!! Only found one very lonely dryad the other day so left it be. Would love to try one. Found some Chicken of the woods and oyster mushrooms around a month ago! Delicious! X
