I think the reason why Debbie attacked Louis and not the other judges was because he was the only one who only said bad things. Sharon said that her voice was okay but had no charisma and Simon said she sounded pop singer-ish and her confidence was slightly deluded meaning she wasn't has good as she thought she was but wasn't half-bad either, while Louis straight up said she was a bad singer.
