IAMLA - What is Italian American cuisine? With Amy Riolo

In this fascinating and informative virtual tour, Chef Amy, a proud fourth generation Calabrian-American, defines five distinct categories of Italian American cuisine and how they came to be. Whether the food we eat is an exact replica of what our mothers and grandmothers created, fusion food fashioned out of necessity, or “American” dishes inspired by Italians, Italian American cuisine, when labelled as such, has much to offer.
