Have you or anyone else had the problem that when notifications are off, you have a tendency to check your phone more often to see what’s going on?

I'll do this, but only your discoveries. I'll turn off all notifications from every app except whatsapp and normal messages and phone call thingys, and I'll do more consistent work while being at the office instead of being on social media for at least half the time.

Last summer, I lived without electricity for a week and half, the first days were quite difficult but i spended time on arts and crafts , i went outside more and tbh i wish i had a friend next to me but unfortunely i was alone, though i had improved mental health and it helped me to realise that life offers alot more then just a made thing by human, its good to see another creator spend a week without technology , hope more people start doing this

I know the vid didn't do as well as the others you put out in the past, but this was one of your best! Effort into shots, script, pacing, etc is super good. Made me rethink how much time I've spent on my phone. Keep it up, you're an inspiration

I should'nt say anything about editing, you are literally my editing teacher. It's just perfect as always. Woah, I’ve been seeing this video get recommended to me but I just watched it now and dude you seem way more happy without the constant need to use your phone, I would try this personally but I’m young and don’t have the money to buy things needed to learn a new hobby or sign up for a one off thing but when I’ve got that ship sailing I probably just won’t buy a phone in general, thank you for this new mindset :)

Tip about skating so you don't fall again: after you both feet are on the skate both should be turned right/left. you only maintain your front foot straight while your are "rowing" , after that you must turn him. Doing that you have more stability and control

I have been thinking about just getting a regular old phone, that can only call and text. I think it would honestly be life changing. I have been setting time limits on all my social media, Not saying I follow them always, but being conscious of my social media usage has decreased my screen time quite a bit.
