Video idea: stand up for an entire week. 8 hours lying down for sleep allowed per day, the remaining 16 hours spent standing or moving around (working out allowed)

Would love to see this as a 30 day challenge. Def would recommend focusing on side and rear delts to get that crazy 3-d look, and also using a lower angle on incline to try and isolate that upper chest portion more.

I think the people that coinned the term bear mode never had any intention for trying to look like geared guys, it's about looking huge in clothes at the expense of looking worse with your shirt off, (since most people try and look good with their shirt off and end up looking small in clothes)

This is the exact method I used for several years to achieve a more yoked look. It works. This is the next step in bodybuilding. I tell people who ask me for advice on training to be very specific with their training. Where do you need to place the muscle to achieve a more awesome look? Upper and inner chest? Front delts and chest popping and separated? Traps popping out from shoulders and chest? Yes. Upper bicep development separated from the front and side delt? Yes. This is the line of thinking you need. Most people don’t have the mind for this.

This dude does experiments i typically daydream about as to if or it isnt possible, grade A this is very informative, im weird and love these types of "bro science" ideas when it comes to targeting specific bodyparts, theres so much we dont understand of the human body and really nobody knows anything, we are still fresh at understanding as humans. Edit; i thought of a random study that was done that was very interesting, your muscles remember their size better with a higher rest time between sets rather than fast rest times, therefore you should technically be able to not only accumilate more muscle memory if you ever lost it and were gaining it back, but from one exercise session to the next training the same muscle you did days prior, a bigger rest period would slap the muscle harder, because its fresh in where it needs to be, therefore the progress goes above in a way

A pro-tip for preventing your phone from keeping you from falling asleep: Keep your phone in "night mode" at all times. You get used to the slightly yellowish color and it won't keep you up due to less blue light. You won't have to stop using your phone an hour before bed. Haven't looked into any of the exact specifications of the light emitted from the iphone screen or anything like that but as someone who has had sleep problems in the past, this made a big difference for me.

So I've done more of a longer term weight train with a lower amount of weight but you don't stop until you reach like 30 mins or so for a rest period. So it like the snach and clean but you run it slow and isolate each part of that exercise in a slower more controlled manner. It's a good way to kind of evenly tone your muscles for in a full body way. I call them gladiators. You should try it for at least 15 mins straight to really understand the work out and then just add time to your "set"

Any interest in the John the Baptist diet for a week? Raw honey and locusts/grasshoppers.

I always wondered what'd happen with physique and mood if you took like a week period or whatever only eating red meat, beef, steaks, with oils and such of course, steaks can have plenty of fat for bigger calories, you get mass protein, might lack on carbs obv but, you might become and actual bear mode beast.

My Best/Easiest muscles to develops that I've noticed are traps shoulders and back wing muscles (ofc natural methods) and I love what you called it a Bear Mode.Tho my weaknesses are always been abdomen (not much budget to choose what I eat for my ab muscles) and also my forearms are not that develop so I am increasing the days for my abdomen and forearms workout days,I've been inconsistent in working out cause of health problems but I am not stopping now (trying to work out 5 days in a week).

I have also been honing down on forearms lately. My number one tip is to find exercises you enjoy doing, not ones that are 'optimal'. Personally I love heavy hammer curls and finger curls, and I look forward to doing them more than some lame wrist curls. See what you like best :)

cook groats and discounted meats and some dairy. This is really cheap and nutritious. Don't eat anything else, especially fast/junk food and abs will appear . For even better health ferment the groats etc for less anti nutrients .

You should try only consuming calories within an 8 hour window each day. E.g first meal at 9am last at 5pm. There is some good science behind it reducing body fat and increasing muscle.
