You should try Mike Mentzers training program for 1 week - 1 month and see if “One set to complete failure” and more rest days, is actually more effective than typical training

I’ve been in a situation where I can only work out 1-2 times a week compared to 4+, so when I do work out, I do my full body and go to complete failure and I’ve noticed that I’m building size easier and faster than before.

follow up videos I would like to see. 1. Definitely the hair growth - too see if the is progression or even hair regrowth. 2. Bigger hand training - you should at least implement this for weekends, and train once a week, Would be dope to see if you made any progression. 3. Vertical Jump - Yes, Absolutely. DUNK THAT BAD BOY! 4. Bare foot - A very underrated idea, And would be awesome too see long term benefits it could potentially give you. A New video idea, 1. No technology for an ENTIRE WEEK. 2. Juice-fast for an Entire Week ( I heard there could be benefits if you do water / or juice fast at least once a month or once every other month). 3. Stamina training for An Entire Week. 4. Parkour for an Entire Week. 5. Boxing for an Entire Week.

ROAD TO DUNKING 100%%%!!! Training to dunk is so much fun, and if smartly trained for can help your longevity in your tendons in joints as you get older. I really just wanna see it because I’m also on my road to dunking… I’m about 2 inches short of being able to consistently dunk, but the main thing is improving my jumping technique

  • @peytonhines712

DO A ROAD TO DUNKING!! Speaking from experience, I got obsessed with jumping higher and trying to dunk for years growing up and when I threw down my first dunk it was the best feeling in the world! But, as you'd probably understand, it was the journey leading up to it that made the achievement all the more rewarding. It would take longer than most of your challenges do for sure, but the all the work will absolutely pay off, let alone making for an epic video! And being able to say "I can dunk a basketball" feels pretty awesome, trust me ;)

As for the feeder training, I'd like to see if you could make gains from doing the same thing Will Tennyson does, he does 100 lateral raises at the end of every single workout. He attributes his shoulder gains to it and I would really enjoy seeing your experience with it for at least 2-4 weeks. You could do it with like wrist training or something instead, but I thought it was a really cool concept and I'd really enjoy seeing you try it too.
