'I Wanted Easy Money' - Russian POW on Why He Signed the Contract to Go to War

DISCLAIMER: the POW gave his clear consent for filming and publishing this footage. POWs are protected by the Geneva Convention and treated accordingly in Ukraine.
Dmitry Suzdalyev is a resident of Orenburg, Russia. He had some financial problems and saw an advert on Russian television where they promised him a lot of money for fighting in the war against Ukraine. For almost half a year he was stationed in Ukraine and was taken captive during a hard fight. We still don't know if he committed any war crimes while illegally stationed on the Ukrainian territory but on the video, Dmitry appeals to the citizens of Russia - not to come to Ukraine. As he had not seen the promised money and after his contract was over, the Russians did not let him come back to Russia.

He really is a disgustingly un-self-aware person. He doesn't even realise he just told everyone he would have been perfectly content being part of a machine murdering Ukrainians, if the machine only WORKED. What he is upset about is it wasn't what he was promised.

The problem is to let the other zombies of the Russian Army to know they are just meat for the slaughter. Why not launching missiles full of flyers with this message, perhaps a QR code for this kind of YouTiube videos with PoWs, but I guess they have just old mobile phones, not smartphones... A war is fought with soldiers, but if they surrender all at once, or many of them surrender, Russia can't fight this war anymore.

Great job on Kerch bridge, now hit it again,,, from the Asove sea with storm Shadow, have it skim the surface over land and sea, weaving back and forth. Leverage Storm Shadow, tech, it takes time to program, but is worth the patience. Hit it again tonight. There is also 2 choices in the 3rd strike, point storm shadow straight up into high altitude, close in territory, fly high across, then come straight down at “ballistic” speed. Russia has not seen that yet. Counting on the S300/400 has too much distance to cross & not enough chip prossing speed to adjust at such a steep down angle in speed. Basically treating a cruse missile like an ICBM, and let S300/400 try and catch up…. While also having the planet’s gravity working for you. Under ideal conditions, having multiple S300/400 air defense follow Storm Shadow into the bridge.
