The True Gospel of Grace! (Good news)✨ [1 Corinthians 15:1-4]🎉 Jesus Christ shed His blood for ALL of our sins past, present, and future. He was buried, resurrected and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures. We are saved by Grace through Faith in Jesus Christ Alone, not of our works, so nobody can boast! It is Amazing Grace, something we did not and cannot earn, and something we do not deserve. God gave His only begotten son, (uniquely born of God, eternally existing before His human birth) that whosoever (anyone) believes in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life. How to be saved? 1. Admit you are a sinner, in need of the saviour, Jesus Christ. 2. The moment you put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone to save you from death, you are sealed until the day of redemption. You are protected, cannot lose your salvation, justified by the blood of Christ, and Rapture Ready! (which is going to happen at any moment!) 3. Your Faith is counted for righteousness! The Holy Spirit will indwell in you, lead you, guide you, minister to you, encourage you, speak to you, teach you and change you - if you let Him! TODAY is the day of Salvation! Trust Jesus Christ Today! Amen and God bless❤️

I started Carnivore for many reasons on 12th December 2019. 4 years later, I haven't looked back. Depression gone. Epilepsy - seizures now fully under control and no more meds! No more panic attacks or anxiety attacks, gum disease is gone, skin tags are all gone, 70lb fat loss, no more brain fog, what seems like unlimited energy, great skin and hair, I'm genuinely happy!! I feel awesome every day!!! And most importantly, I feel closer to Father God than I ever did in my life!! And all because I changed my diet?? I wish my parents had known about this when I was a child suffering from epilepsy. My life could have been so much different.... but alas.. I know about Carnivore now. Thank God for that. Also, all my life I thought I was bisexual. There was a confusion about my sexuality. I dated women a lot. Fast forward to Carnivore, I had to address why I felt so sick in my life. So I did that and those feelings went away too!! 😮 !! I no longer feel that way about women. And this leads me to believe that the amount of rubbish we eat - even those of us coming from a diet that we thought was healthy (I was coming from a bodybuilder's diet - 6 small plant-based meals a day) is crashing our hormones to the point where some of us don't know who we are anymore, and this is not good. In my eyes, this is very bad, and a lot of this is targeted towards children's diets, we see now, some of our more sensitive children and babies and youngsters and young adults going through things that aren't normal and we're all wondering why.. especially with the extra added vaccines. We are being poisoned. We all need to get back to meat-based diets - Carnivore being the absolute. We all need to get the word out so we can all get our health back. Take our health back.

@@roshinvarghese6879 my fault when I said diet I don’t mean as in eat a specific type of this food and cut out this food. Such as cutting out carbs or only eating meat. I mean eat a balanced diet as in combination of foods. So the idea is that there are no bad foods only bad food combinations. If you eat 1500 calories of Twinkie’s then that’s a bad food combination and you’ll be tired. But if you eat 1500 or 2000 calories worth of a balanced “diet” then you’ll be fine and not feel bad. You can eat ice cream or whatever so long as you generally stay close to your calories range. Humans were made to eat protein’s, fats and carbs. They all perform different actions for the body. I don’t remember having toe nails on my left and right small toes. After a few weeks on carnivore I have two full coverage toe nails on my small toes. I told a customer of mine about this so he tried carnivore. He is 82 yrs old. After 6 weeks I went to visit him at his house. I looked at his toes which were obviously in horrible shape, super thick fungus ridden. After 6 weeks the new toe nail bed is beautiful and healthy with zero fungus. He can’t wait till his old toenails are completely gone and the new health toenails are grown in as they looked when he was in his 20s… Another customer of mine has been on carnivore for 8 weeks and is completely off her insulin. She is in her 80s and her home health nurse was curious about her miraculous improvements in health. She said that for the last 8 weeks she has only eaten beef 🥩 and her nurse said I’m concerned for your health. I don’t think that is healthy and you need to be eating a balanced diet. My customer said I got my bad health by eating an American diet. Now I eat just beef 🥩 and I’m healthy from all my health issues… I got my mom to do it and she is 10 weeks in and is off all her medication 💊 Same for my dad it’s been 10 weeks and his ankles are feeling amazing. Before he could barely walk because of inflammation and bone on bone degenerative issues shown to him on x-rays… he can now do 50 push ups and 200 air squats as well. My father was born in 1958.

Carnivore diet is not really about protein as such, it is about fat and the metabolism running on ketones and exo and endogenous fat storage. Also, Jordan misleads people that brain can run on protein as a fuel instead of carbohydrates. Not really, brain can run only on two things: carbohydrates or ketones. Jordan would be right saying that brain does prefer ketones as a fuel. Keto diet is currently being tested on animals as a treatment for cancer as well. Why? Cancer cells like all cells need energy. Healthy cells get energy from respiration (oxidative phosporylarion). But cancer cells have damaged mitochondria and cannot respire, so they get energy from anearobic process: fermentation. And cancer cells can ferment two things glutamine and glucose. What is glucose? Carbohydrates. So to stop cancer you need to get rid of two fuels for cancer: 1) carbohydrates - ideally keto diet or fasting 2) glutamine - this one is tough because all cells need glutamine, so you need to follow a protocol of inhibiting glutamine for both healthy and cancer cells and the returning to normal glutamine levels. It is dangerous when done wrongly. Currently, there is no easy way to inhibit glutamine. If you can do that, you can improve survival rate of cancer patients. My mother has glioblastoma, most agressive brain cancer, diagnosed since September 23 after epileptic seizure. We have decided to try keto diet in addition to chemo and radio therapy. There is no cure for glioblastomas. If you can, pray for us.

I eventually went plant based thinking that would help me feel better- I got worse. For a while, I was in disbelief because I was going against all that my education taught me. My 18-month-old son was diagnosed with dermatitis herpetiform in 1966. It was horrid and the only thing the doctor (Mayo Clinic-related) could do was limit my son to only rice and jello water--no wheat in any form-- and gamaglobulin shots. It disappeared in about two years. His unforgettable final words to me were to watch this carefully if it comes back as it could lead to heart attack, diabetes, or schizophrenia. The rash never returned and I tried to maintain the diet, but as he grew older I moved to a more "balanced" one. My son is now 58 and has suffered unimaginably from severe paranoid and catatonic schizophrenia since his diagnosis at age 16. I have ALWAYS maintained it was gluten-related and my statements have been scoffed at with audible chuckles when I have brought this to the doctor's attention. I have done research on the subject as best a layman can, and will die knowing that his condition is diet related. However, as a non-compliant adult, he eats what he wants. Thank you Dr. Peterson for being a voice of common sense in a truly non-sensible world that we have created.

As someone who had a lot of autoimmune issues. Including really bad exzema, food triggered anxiety, and very irritable stomach. Carnivore calmed the symptoms but I’ve learned that the initial problem was some other forms of stress that caused the initial issue. You can heal from that and don’t have to be carnivore your whole life. I went from only tolerating meat to slowly over 4 years can eat a normal diet of some fruits some nuts, rice beans etc. initially in 2019 I could barely have any carbs without getting immflamation and rashes. I don’t think staying carnivore is tge way to go. I think you need to try and really change lifestyle factors and then slowly bring back normal foods and keep it very clean and healthy. The issue is the gut gets damaged somehow and has to heal. Early to bed. Low stress, keeping a clean conscience etc. it sounds esoteric but I’ve personally experienced the slow healing and I had very bad symptoms for years. Our modern lifestyles reek havoc on the gut.

This is exactly correct. For me it's been over a year of trial and error and realising it all stemmed from leaky gut from extreme stress. As I'm healing my life and gut I've reintroduced plant foods. It's also revealed to me an extreme intolerance to oats that was likely causing me alot of issues for a long time. Without carnivore I never would of worked it out. My food list of what I can eat is slowly growing. I think we need to be honest that people with healthy guts do good eating plants. And grateful for high nutrient and healing meat for those of us who really need alot of it. The Bible directs us to eat both so that's been my goal.

I can now make a fist with my right hand, whereas before I could not because of arthritis. It is hard to hold a calf when you can't make a fist. My irritated bowel syndrome is decreasing to almost nothing. Of course I feel better and more energetic. Just putting on my spurs (with that gut in the way) compressed my diaphragm and I would feel out of breath. My chores are easier to do and my blood pressure has dropped 10 mb. I love my diet of meat, fruit, and vegetables. Meat alone just doesn’t work for me, and I’m skeptical of a meat only diet long term. It’s also concerning to paint all studies on nutrition with the same brush as being invalid. Population studies with large samples over many decades measuring hard end points helps us get an accurate idea of what foods promote health and which ones don’t. The meat only diet is a type of fast with short term benefits and potential long term risks. Forcing the body to metabolize protein into carbohydrate is not what were designed for. Fat and crabs are more ideal energy sources. At the end of the day the carnivore diet is light years ahead of the SAD, so in that regard, it’s a massive step in a better direction. But in many ways, far from optimal.
