RECIPE #1 00:00 Broccoli muffins
2 eggs.
1 broccoli.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1/2 onion.
1/2 carrot.
The eggs are ready.
Olive oil.
Roasted golden brown.
1 pepper.
Let cook for 5-7 minutes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Grate the broccoli on a coarse grater.
It is really very tasty and aromatic! ;-)
The vegetables are ready.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
It's very easy!
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Chop the eggs finely.
Feta 60g/2.1oz.
Italian herbs.
Parmesan 60g / 2.1oz.

RECIPE #2 08:03 Broccoli with potatoes
1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Let cook for 2 minutes.
Potatoes 500 g / 17.6 oz.
Broccoli is ready.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Cook potatoes for 7 minutes.
Chop broccoli finely.
Drain potatoes.
Parmesan cheese 40g/1.4oz.
Butter 55g / 2 tablespoons.
Flour 50 g / 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Milk 2 cups / 500 ml.
Be sure to stir the sauce constantly so it doesn't burn!
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon.
Add half of the cheese.
Olive oil.
Add sauce.
Potato.
Sauce.
Cheese.
Broccoli.
Mozzarella.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tbsp.

RECIPE #3 3:00 p.m. Broccoli pan
1 broccoli.
Water. Vinegar.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Butter 2 tablespoons.
2 carrots.
Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
1 pepper.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Basil 1/2 teaspoon.
2 garlic.
4 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cream 1 cup / 200 ml.
Parmesan 100 gr. / 1 cup.
Add some Parmesan cheese to the egg mixture.
Basil 1/2 teaspoon.
Red pepper 1/2 teaspoon.
Cheese Parmesan.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tbsp.
3 cucumbers.
Dill.
2 garlic.
RECIPE #4 10:35 p.m. Broccoli and potato casserole
4 potatoes.
1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Cover and bring to a boil!
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Boil potatoes until tender.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Olive oil.
Fry for a few minutes over medium heat.
2 garlic.
Fry for 2-3 more minutes.
Add fried onions and carrots to the vegetables.
Mix everything well.
1 red pepper.
2 small green peppers
Cherry tomatoes.
4 eggs. Salt.
Sunflower oil 5 tablespoons.
Flour 1 cup / 130 gr.
Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.
Milk 2 cups / 400 ml.
parsley and dill.
Cheese 100 gr. / 1 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2-3 tbsp.
Ketchup 1 tablespoon.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
2 garlic. Dill.
Bon appetit.
RECIPE #5 30:23 Broccoli soup
Olive oil.
Garlic.
Onion.
1 carrot.
This will be a very tender broccoli dish!
3 potatoes.
1 broccoli.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Vegetable broth 750 ml. / 3 cups.
You can use chicken broth.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Salt. Black pepper.
Bread.
Let's make delicious croutons.
Olive oil.
Salt. Black pepper.
Smoked paprika.
Herbs of Provence.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Cool vegetables.
The croutons smell very good!
Mix well with a mixer.
Cream 200 ml. / 1 cup.

Danke, ich dachte schon, ich wäre die Einzige die das denkt. Ich mag den Kanal sehr gerne aber dass ist mir zu langweilig, es gibt so viele Gemüsesorten& kein Mensch isst so oft in der Woche Brokkoli. Würde mich mal über Auberginen freuen .herzliche Grüße

Broccoli is such a healthy “power” vegetable. I do not think there is a competitive nutritional alternative. I am always grateful for broccoli recipes!
