Contents Used
For dough:
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (3 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
2.5 cups of water (500 ml).
6 cups of flour (700 grams).
To drive:
butter (100 grams).
1/2 cup vegetable oil ( 100 ml ).
For the filling:
cheese.
For the above:
1 egg yolk.
Sesame.
Baking recommendation: 20 - 25 minutes in the oven at 180 °C
