For dough:
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 grams).

4 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 40 ml ).
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1/2 cup of warm water (100 ml).
4 cups of flour (480 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 teaspoon of butter (25 grams).
For the above:
6 tablespoons of molasses.
6 tablespoons, water.
1 glass of red sesame seeds.
For the filling:
sausage.
cheddar cheese (250 grams).
Baking recommendation: 25 - 30 minutes in the oven at 200 °C.
