Sir i am in Sikkim, here i am not having that facility nearby places for current shock treatment. My back is paining so much. It is becoming so stiff while i am getting up from bed. I am in hill area. Some small snakes will come into room also. So i am afraid to sleep in floor. So i am sleeping in bed without mattress. The exercise which u given in this video I am starting to do. Doctor told body given red alarm to disk flip. Pls suggest anything can i do sir
