maybe roll the prosciutto into roll-ups. That way it can easily be grabbed since it's already separated. Sometimes the meat can stick together and you get two pieces instead of one and it become awkward trying to peel the extra piece of meat off of the other one
Looks great!! You can also add some nuts or fruits to fill in the gaps. It's okay if everything is touching and makes it look super pretty

Some tips for your charcuterie board: -you can fold the prosciutto so that it takes up less space on the board -for thinly sliced circular meats like salami or soppressata, you can fold them into triangles to make them look like flowers, again to take up less space -for cheese you can slice them into different shapes like triangles or thinly sliced squares to add variety of shapes, instead of just having them all be cubes -you can add fruits like strawberries, grapes or sliced apples to add some sweetness to your board. It helps fill the gaps as well Overall, your board looked decent. There’s definitely room for improvement but for your first time I give it 6.5/10

Lmaooo guys I am by no means a charcuterie expert😂 I’ve just watched several videos on it before(i.e Binging with Babish, Joshua Weismann, Honeysuckle, etc) so I’ve picked up a few tips from them :)
I’d give it a solid 7. Could use some improvements but acceptable for serving friends in a pinch

"Acceptable" lmao what
I'd give it a 6 or 7. It's a solid board with nice variety. There's no real system but everything looks lovely. Maybe if you had more colour varieties like some green grapes, red cherry tomatoes and that kind of thing, it would add more visual dimension. I'm sure it was yummy and your friends will have fun and that's all that matters.

A tip from France, when you put out whole cheeses, cut out a piece and let it stick out a little, so people won't be intimidated/left guessing how to cut which cheese. For example the brie is triangular slices like pizza

I’d give it a 5 for effort, there’s two really good videos on how cheeses taste, smell, presented, served, prepared, and paired with. It’s absolutely immaculate & so informative.
Not going to lie, a 3. But, it's your first time. My recommendation, which is only my opinion, roll up the prosciutto. Thinner slices on the sausage and warm up the Brie it is fire (taste great) that way. Salami is good too. I love all your Short vids and live streams. 🙏🏼 Thank you for all the great content🌹❤️
@FleaChristenson

Wholeheartedly agree with warming the Brie. Add some sweet there, too.
I'll rate it a 7/10. Maybe adding fruit like grapes to balance out the savory

Idk why but Lisa owns the red nail polish it just feels like it's made for her btw I love your videos great content 💕💕💕
I’d say about a 4.5… it’s good & lots of room for growth & improvement! Very good for it being your 1st time!
Honestly that looks so fun to make!!
This looks great!! I have a request though. Do you think you can make shrimp/chicken Alfredo?? Also I would rate this an 8.5/10 it looks better than my attempt lol

Great selection! Charcuterie boards are always crammed, so try and fill all the space! Different levels are also nice. Put some dried fruit, grapes or nuts next time. Solid 7 for first try.
Great video Lisa! The board looks delicious 💗💗
Everything looks great but if I might say, don’t be afraid to overlap things. Also some grapes would add a great touch of color
Amazing content Lisa! Keep up the good work!
the board is actually pretty good, I like the selection of meat and cheeses, they're simple but do the job just fine. my favourites are of course the strawberry jalapeno jam and the jalapeno cinnamon popcorn, they add a nice change of flavour and are so unique and refreshing. overall a really great and fun charcuterie board 1.5/10
8/10 looks great!
I would give it an 8 because it’s really good for it being your first one! I agree some things could be organized differently, however I love the variety of foods on it, especially seeing the popcorn option. Fruits or nuts would also be a good addition. Very nice charcuterie board Lisa! 🧀🍓🫒
I give it a 5 for the following reasons: Pros - you used quality ingredients and tried to make the best with what you could for position. Cons - lack of real estate for your ingredients, you want some foods to get to know each other with a flare for the eyes. On top of that you want to invest time in folding and cutting into shapes that are aesthetically pleasing to you. The best boards are the ones you don’t have to feel like you are working to self make.
It looks great to me,, I would eat it :D 10/10 :) you make me jealous of what you can make ❤️
Cheese cubes lower the “classiness” imo, either cut them into slices or get the little knives to let people cut their own slices. Another tip is to fold the salami and make a salami river to make it seem super fancy! Good selection of stuff though!

7.8/10 this is really amazing! Even I can't make something like this. This is really good for your first try!

9 out of 10 good job love the content
Man that looks good
Lisa that looks so good And the presentation is unique you gave it your own pizazz
8/10 looks really nice and you could also add some bowls with jam to it!

I think it’s neat your making a wide variety of foods lately
Looks delicious I would definitely try everything on that board😋
Looks nice
You did awesome!
It’s a solid 6/10 very good for you first one
Looks tasty!
Hi Lisa! I’d rate your board a 7.5 out of 10! I’m loving the variety in your cheeses and meats, as well as your crackers. In my opinion, some fruits and or nuts could bring it to life, as well as forming everything into a pattern of sorts! That’s how I’ve done my charcuterie boards in the past. I will say though, from experience, try not to use unpeeled oranges, they look a little unwelcoming. I’d also cut your cheese near the popcorn a little smaller. Incorporating a few bright greens in your board could make it look fresher and brighter, if that’s something you’re wanting too! Remember, you can have a wide range of items on your board without them looked scattered about or cluttered as long as you arrange them in a way that looks appealing! Besides that, I’d say this was a strong effort! I hope this helped, it’s in no way me attacking you! :) ⭐️
I rate it an 8/10! It looks really appetizing :)

Solid 5. Not bad for first time. Hit it with some grapes 🍇...Cherry tomatoes, artichokes. Yummy.
You get a 10 from me, it’s so nice you do this for your friends! 🙂
Hi Lisa I have a food that I think u should try it’s called plov and you can make it like this :) Step 1: cut onions and carrots into carrot sticks Step 2: get 3 garlic bulbs and peel the skin Step 3: cut ur meat into medium pieces (doesn’t matter what kind) Step 4: put oil in a big pot on high heat and then add ur meant until golden brown Step 5: add the rest of your things in there (Spices): paprika black pepper salt and a little bit of hot sauce add with water Next you add rice 🍚 And then wait until ready And then you have an amazing pot of delicious plov 🤤🤤🤤🤤
10/10 amazing ❤😋
10 - looks yummy!
10/10 and I’m support for you n I’m here for you
The blue cheese stuffed olives are THE SHITTTTTTT!!!!!
10% its wonderful
DEJA VU I swear you already made this short and I commented about me having a dream about you making this short
I'd rate this 6.5 out of 10, simple but effective. You can definitely squeeze more items on the tray. My mom worked on the church hospitality team and she gave all the volunteers a book I recommend called "On Boards" By Lisa Dawn Bolton. It's really inspirational and Lisa creates other types of charcuterie trays for dessert or breakfast/brunch. Oh here's an idea you could make a board for spring rolls or hot pot ingredients.
Whenever I make a board I take a wine glass or similar and layd the Somali along the edges to form a flower, I lay 1 slice flat on the board and then set the flower ontop, I've always gotten compliments on it and it takes up alot less space.
Looks so 😋
Im so early hahah I love your work Lisa keep it up. Xx form Brasil
Love it 100000/10
That looks really good I think I ‘m give you an 8
Ok I'm gonna be bluntly honest because I have mad respect for you & your passion. I rate the board a 3-4...the salami was cut to thick...the prosciutto should have been draped...the cheddar is rich in profile so it needed a thinner or smaller cut. But I give you a 10 for hitting all the flavour notes...sweet...salty...creamy...spicy...etc AMAZING job for your first attempt 👌🏼
I’d give it a solid 3 !! There’s room for improvement by really good board for a first try !!
you can fold up the bruchuto to make it kind of look like flowers! it makes it prettier imo
Lisa's gasp when she knocked over the cheese 🤣🤣
Will love to taste it
I wanna try
I soooo want to do this😁👍🏾
Hmmm 8/10 looks delicious and has some great foods
We have so many cheese boards over Christmas in my family

I would rate it a 10/10 it looks delicious!!! Don’t judge yourself it looks amazing
7/10 it is really good when it is your first time after all.
Luv u lisa
9/10 for first try Lisa! Looks delicious, just try to space a little better!🙏❤️😋
yes my chef🥰
Looks fantastic 8.5 out of 10
Looks yummy
This one is really great! I would give it a solid 8/10!! And I can bet Lisa can make it 100 times better than this in future!
Shape the slices of prosciutto into rosettes. That will free up some space and make the board more visually appealing. I give your first shot a solid 6 out of 10.
That looks delicious! Also if it's available over there you could replace the crackers with sour dough bread and have some olive oil to dip it in
To be honest I would give this a 5, for your first attempt its great ! But you could use a the food in a most appealing way, such as folding proschiuto in small rose shape, and you could also make a better use of the space, it look quite empty, you can fill the gap with fruits or vegetables, also there is too much cheese and not enough meat (just my taste tho), but overall its not bad maybe a little more creativity !! Also you should try french food one day !❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'll rate it a 7 / 10 btw good food
10/10! 👌
idk anything about charcuterie boards :P so 10/10 best board i've ever seen :)
Looks awesome! I give you a solid 8.5 for a first attempt! Love your videos btw!
I’d give it a 7. Great first attempt!
3. I understand first time. Plan ahead. Do one jist for yourself with things that you like. Arrange it to peak your interests. You will be a master in no time.
6.5/10 not bad at all, i always enjoy thoses types of videos, im not an expert at all but i can see improvements, on the bright side all of thoses gudies looks good and mouth watering ;)
Imma give it solid 7. Roll the prosciutto individually next time. It compacts space and may allow you more room. I've also seen salami roses but using a glass cup. It's stunning, I promise! I've never seen popcorn on a board before! It looked so fun! Anywho, I love watching your content!
Lovely it's a 10!!
Looks good, solid meat and cheese choices, and not a bad layout. 1/10.
Would love to see you try a new nail polish color! The red looks great but would be nice to see you change it up a bit! Nice job on the board for first try!
LOL the cat was right on that cheese when you knocked it down!
3.9 milly for a food channel and that’s your first one crazy world we live in but I would recommend pairing it with wine or a bottle of bubbly that always makes the guests feel like royalty even if it’s just some cured meats and cheeses on a board it makes it an experience and always try new cheeses to find your favorites !
Solid 8/10 rating to say it’s your first time. Looks delicious tho!
Solid 8. As you said plating could've been better but all in all its pretty good
10 out of 10. Look very pretty 😉
