My neighbour had been robbed of diesel regularly, so he put Add F which was a formic acid mixed with diesel in the tank. He met another neighbour a week after who told him that a piston had come out through the block on his tractor. Now he didn't Rob the diesel but he was buying it from a guy that did.

Our neighbour had this problem on a out farm, so filled the tank with water and red dye, never happened after again after that went missing 😊

Evening Olly, I can confirm that Tesco do own Londis, booker bought Londis, and budgens supermarkets. Tesco then bought booker, and they own macro, and nerd and peacock. My brother in law used to be a driver for them. A great video Olly.

My great uncle knew a guy who was having diesel stolen by the gypsy's so he moved diesel tank in the shed and just had a dummy tank full of water and the gypsy's stole the watery fuel and all their cars and caravan broke down but then the next week the guys shed got burnt down

As you a lot of miles between fields have you thought of using a seed/fertiliser tender with its own auger. Save taking a merlo and trailer to the field with you ?

A retired farmer near me has one of those Austins. He bought it in 1961 and used it as his daily driver until he had to to stop driving a couple of years ago. It's still in it's original condition and very driveable, in fact he drove it from Pembrokeshire to the Beaulieu auto jumble a few years ago.

I used to regularly drive a 1929 Chevrolet open tourer. I did a few weddings and proms. Really good cars to drive. The brakes are cable, not hydraulic and need careful adjustment. It was 24 degrees in Dutton because I was vaccinating dagging and worming sheep with a little foot trimming for good measure. I'll be down at Manor Park Classics on 25th👍😎

Be careful filling your diesel tank with water, our neighbour did the same after thieves stole some previously. He then had a brick thrown through his window, and lost a straw stack. Unfortunately you can’t win against the b####ds,no guessing which community he thinks were responsible!!!

I heard of someone that had Deisel stolen from an old outside fuel tank , so they got a new Bunded tank put in a secure biulding. They filled the old tank with water. A week or two later someone returned and tried to steal Deisel again. The farmer got a call from an irate Deisel their for trying to damages his engine. 😆 🤣 😂
