Estée Lauder Double Wear + Fenty Powder Foundation = HEAVEN! My makeup lasts through 120* days on the food truck.. doesn't break up, doesn't look cakey.. IM OBSESSED! I also love mixing the Laura Mercier Celestial powder with a little of her regular loose powder and setting my face with that.. SO pretty.

Can I ask how old you are? I would like to know before I run to purchase the Fenty powder foundation. I’m 46 with dry skin. I have the Double Wear but I have not used it yet since I got it for my summer vacation. I should add that I have and love the Prisme Libre. That’s what I use under my eyes but since I love makeup and shopping I would like to try the Fenty one.

I can not believe the luminous silk is over $70 with tax. Prices are OUT OF CONTROL right now.

Hi Marlena can you do a video on full glam with all makeup for us maturing women that will NOT sink into fine lines that you can trust to last at least 8 hours.

The Clinique TTDO *cleansing balm* is theeeeee best!! I don’t even know how many tubs I’ve been through. Removed every trace of makeup, and I don’t have to use an additional cleanser, if I don’t really want to. But if you just want an eye makeup remover, the liquid is fabulous. Thanks for the video, Marlena!!

@Future-zx9ts Clinique cleansing balm clogs my pores so badly even using 1x gives me 3 weeks of dull clogged skin & enlarged pores. I prefer lighter cleansing oils that rinse cleanly without invading my skin pores 😂

High end is where I have to watch my pennies so it's so helpful to me when Marlena does the more expensive brands. Drugstore doesen't interest me coz if it doesen't work it's no big deal, however high end is another whole story. I hope Marlena does more high end.

I had purchased many single eyeshadows from your Makeup Geek line in the past. Its hard for me to go to Sephora because its like asking my youngest granddaughter to apply the right products on me. I still work fulltime in a professional reference lab; so, it is rare I wear any makeup at all but would like to feel pretty again. Look I know these are upscale high end products but, to be honest the drugstore is great for most women. Remember you are washing this stuff down the drain! I can tell you my husband always says he can’t tell the difference so does my mom and family! I just feel like it’s over rated. Most are trying to just wear as little as possible for a more natural look. And, men like it MORE!!

I'm a huge Clinique fan. The lip products are awesome. Just tried the moisture surge lip hydro plump treatment. Like a lip gloss but smoother. I also love the makeup remover balm. Takes off mascara very easily without rubbing the eyes. I think the regular one is discontinued but the charcoal infused version is really good. ❤

Good picks! My fav PMG product are her glosses and for Hourglass their setting powder I use it under my eyes. OS has the best black liquid liner.

I'm totally obsessed with Glossier's "You" fragrance! There's nothing else I can compare it to. It smells like your skin but better. ❤❤❤

🤩Great video idea Marlena! I do hope the DM ColorFix 24 hours have improved. As a MUA based in South Africa, I imported 5 shades directly from the DM website (paid a small fortune) and they all dried very quickly. No response from the DM Customer service when I queried this (granted, that was in 2019). Side-note - Glossier Cloud Paints are magic. Never apply directly to the face. I usually dot onto a palette, pick-up with a blush brush and gently buildup on the cheek. Staying power is otherworldly and I even use them on underwater photoshoots! A staple in my kit 🫶🏽

Bare Minerals has some really underrated products such as their lip liners. Unsung hero of it cosmetics is Bye Bye Redness in the pot which is outstanding at neutralizing redness with a thin creamy formula. Now I really want to try the Fenty Beauty powder foundation as well as the Prada blush!

The original veil in this brand is amazing but you must get the original. I use it as a finishing powder and I just look even better as the day goes on. I was at work the other day and caught sight of myself in the elevator mirror and I had to look twice! Was that me - I'm gorgeous 😊 yep, you heard that right and I put it down to bare minerals veil 👍

I just bought the Alleven Colorshield airbrush spray. It reminds me of the Dior. Note though….each shade runs dark so I had to go back and order one lighter shade than I would have thought 🩷

I recently purchased the Armani Silk foundation and WOW! Beats out my NARS Light Reflecting and Dior. Amazing product for my 60 yr old face!❤️❤️❤️

I've gone through 2 full tubes of the Natasha Denona concealer already and I agree it is stunning. I'm a couple months away from being 48 and I constantly get compliments on my skin when wearing this concealer. I haven't worn concealer in years, tried this and have been hooked.
