Well, he also doesn't realize that a female patron WILL be treated very differently from how he would be treated, even if he would not be an influencer ... Same goes for the plates ... the amount of plates he's pointing out is indeed VERY FEW for the amount of benches and machines they have. This seems to be less then a metric ton visible on 6 benches, that's nothing. Even if only half of them would be in use, people would indeed be missing plates.

@@kaylum983 There's several reasons "why". If you try to use power with freeweights or weight stacks, you''ll exert force the first portion off the rep and make the weights fly up the rest of the way. With air pressure there is no momentum, so you'll have to apply force through the entire range of motion. Then there's also the ease of adjusting weights, which makes it possible to instantly transition between resistances between reps.

Nice community vibe. If I accidentally go in the afternoon when schools out, it’s a bunch of fuckboy highscoolers being fuckboy high schoolers, which is annoying at best. And you get all the aggressive basketball games going on, all yelling at eachother and sometimes fights breaking out. It’s a totally different scene to say the least. @@fungustheclown666yes exactly. This video is super weird because the reviews COULD be 100% false and probably made by a super aggressive and annoying person. Or it could be true completely and the gym could've fired a few staff members and now it's operating well. Or maybe he's just famous and they chose to be nice. Or maybe the staff had a bad day when that lady made the review. Or maybe they are more likely to be nice to him because he is jacked and not so many gym goers look or are super strong... Just because he has a good experience doesn't discount the reviews .. there's literally so many factors and he seems to just ignore them

Yeah, I think it's good to keep in mind, a lot of places, their business is going to go through rough times, and hopefully get better (for the owner and community's sake). Best practice in reviews is to be concise, be honest, share the good, share the issues. Finally hope that, if it's bad that your review is going to become outdated in the near future. If it's good, hope it doesn't. (the dating of reviews is what makes me uncomfortable reviewing at all some times, but the good of information sharing supersedes that for me. Loved the video! Good stuff.

I can tell you as a gym employee/trainer for a few years, gym staff is probably the most fluctuating quality at a gym. You get rude/uncaring/unattentive teenagers or blowhards. Or sometimes you get energized, professional, and attentive people. Chances are if you come between 10am-5pm you're gonna get the best service just because more management/trainers are around.

I'd always be sure to be out by 5pm, or get there after 7pm cos that's when the douches show up. They'd work out in packs of 6+ and stand around while they'd (one at a time) do one rep on a barbell that was way too heavy, grunt, drop it and chicken strut around the room. But if I was there at the Douching Hour, at least it was entertaining.

@@BigJonB36 Sadly dude, that's not even far from something you might overhear. I've heard all manner of inappropriate shit being said about members by giggling front desk employees, sadly sometimes even trainers. Or you're trying to get checked in and you have to repeat yourself 5 times to them while they stare at their phone before they actually pick their head up, "huh? What's up dude? uhhh?" Or worse case scenario, you've got weird membership issues and because you come in to workout at 6pm, and sales leaves at 5pm, you literally never encounter someone who can help you. Then you come in next week and get told your membership is innactive and you're charged a fee for missing a membership payment. (things that happen surprisingly often)

One of the things I love about this country (USA) is the variety of gyms… it is literally small business ownership that allows that variety.
