I have no idea how the LA Fitness franchise lets that gym continue to be open it does not feel like a franchise gym it fells like a dog shit gym

I would've wish for that 35$ while I was in college lol (rusty equipment, no windows, no airflow, but It looked like the gyms from pumping iron so that was cool..)

You would be extremely disappointed then. This gym has no "pumping iron culture". Its made up of 40 year old mostly middle class people in the gables area with no gym etiquette whatsoever. No one re-racks weights. Dumbbells are scattered all over the gym, The AC is constantly broken along with their elevators, equipment is almost always broken. My dad had a family membership here and i just stopped going. Worst gym ive been to in my life, not even a free membership is worth it for that LA.

In the UK Gyms are very cheap In comparison. I pay £25 and its like a family. For the higher quality Gyms its like £50-£70

My gym is in a basement. It's the only gym in town to the public. It's best amenity is that is open 24/7. There is a code. That's it. Lmaoo. I fucking wonder what a gym with good equipment feels like. Cables are all fucked. Olympic bars are bent. Lmao. It's wild. 100 lb dumb bells. Bent. 🤣🤣 like, I wonder what I could do on a leg press. I feel like I could rep 1,000. 🤣🤣

I just work out at my local YMCA and I haven’t had any problems. They have a good amount of machines and 3 benches. Only 1 proper squat rack tho. Overall 7/10

You’ve helped me stay motivated and stay more consistent in the gym. @@scee8474 well they don't want everyone asking them for a free membership. At the moment planet fitness just opened here and our small gym is still doing pretty well. They want to keep the members at a manageable level though because they want to continue to provide a somewhat personal level of service that big gyms usually can't provide.

My favorite channel on KZread ever. I've been watching for a few months now and have become so motivated by Will, its astounding. I've lost 14lbs (starting at 300) since valentines day just taking his advice and him teaching me how to 'be fat...smarter' as far as how much I can eat anabolically, I love to eat about as much as he does. So thank you Will for what you do. Also, when that triumphant music dwindled down after you picked up the 150s had me laughing so hard. Like always, fantastic video.

This could be a great series for every city you travel to!!

I’m not saying this was the case in any of these places but, there are businesses whose main income is not what they purport themselves to be; and so purposefully provide a service that is ridiculously subpar because they specifically don’t want customers. You can tell these places because regardless of the lack of clientele,they somehow remain open for a long time. That last place with the sketchy staff looking your way and wondering why you’re there’s rather than kissing your ass for the business made me wonder too.

If you opened it in Miami or LA, it'll probably survive but there's not gonna be a need for it anywhere else. Anabolic meals are just difficult to come across because you're almost always sacrificing flavor in order to save calories

Interesting video! It would be a cool series to do gym visits and reviews. I'd be curious to see some of the decent yet inexpensive gyms or mid-range price point gyms. My hope is that fitness doesn't have to be a "luxury" or inaccessible to lower income folks. I'd like to see something that illustrates that. Thanks for your content!! Always helpful! 👍

That last restaurant was definitely a front for a coke operation. Even restaurants with great food and service have trouble staying open. If they are somehow opened but get surprised when they actually have customers - it's definitely a coke front.

@@padminisivakumar8274 fr, I don't like squats so I do reverse sled pulls and leg press, and it takes me out for the day 😿
