I stole from Jesse Driftwood for years.

Hey there now quit saying such nice things! But also please come back soon, we all miss you. I miss you.
Best video I have seen in a very long time. The bucket list gauntlet at the end is also legendary. I feel like almost everyone on the list will get behind this and I am so excited to watch this unfold Jake.
I don't know why I feel so much connected to you. I feel inspired whenever I see your videos. 💜 Thanks man 💜 make more videos 😊
I've never hit pause so often on the credits of a KZread video - great collab bucket list ✌️
This actually helped me A LOT. Just so many limiting beliefs removed because I always felt like I should create something 'original' which left me uninspired to even start. Thank you Jake, keep on creating ;)
You are one of the only youtubers i still like watching on this platform since a long time, so refreshing and heartwarming
Popped over from Matti's channel. Really adore the Hamilton residential streetscape reflected in your opening sequence. I'm from Niagara, live in Iraq, and can't help loving an unexpected flashback. Peace.
The most inspired watching your videos. Thanks for putting in alllll the work to share and inspire and create the way you do !!
Woww! This serie will be the best EVER! Thanks for that! You have a big fan from Brazil!
This is like so inspirational. Thanks to you both at this positive energy video. The to do list was also like 👌
I really started to notice your shot choices in telling your story. Man you do such a beautiful job creating these videos. Really enjoy seeing you both together
Jake, I've been watching your vids a long time dude. You just keep getting better and better and better and better... This one is SOO good. Thank you for making these, you're great.
What a fantastic video (I"m glad Jessie is OK!). I have shared this out on FB with the idea that this is exactly how teachers get better at their craft. And how students go from being students to learners. Keep putting out this fantastic content. You are inspiring us all!
One of the most motivating videos I’ve seen, with my 2 favourite creators. After watching Jessie for years, I thought I knew him so well, but this video lifted my appreciation for him to a whole new level. Not to mention my level of respect for you as well. To say this video is inspiring is an understatement.
Oh man, this was absolutely top shelf, next level amazing! I applaud your efforts. Expertly put together. Best yet!
My god is this a masterpiece! Absolutely incredible camera work, editing, and story!
Bro loving to see this bucket list happening, i've been out of ideas lately so Im thinking go back to some of your videos to copy something...thank you for the great lessons!
Totally agree, stealing is a great learning tactic! BTW, I found you on Twitter, great content 👍
Very inspiring Video Jake! I'm enjoying your content so much, keep up your great work!
Such a fun human. Glad you two are still ok after skating and hanging out together.
good shit my man. I like your high/low approach. by that i mean you take high level concepts and bring them down to a very low barrier to entry.
killer video and you both are such an inspiration! I spent awhile dwelling on the slow growth I've experienced but now trying to stay consistent and improve over time. This video definitely showed how you don't always get that perfect take right off the bat but the importance in persistence and to not give up. Awesome work!
The video has amazing sound quality! What do you use for audio recording and/ or what do you do in the editing?
So so brilliant. Thank you Jake for this dose of inspiration.
what an incredible video Jake!! Not only the shots where amazing (all that shadow and light plays) but it was super inspirational!
The editing in this video is nuts! Awesome job Jake!
Jake, thank you soooo much for this! As I have been homing in and finding my own "voice", on a level I felt like as much as I was trying to do my own thing, I did feel like in some way, I was copying someone. What you are putting forth in the video makes so much sense! As someone who loves music, you can listen to an artist and hear influences and sometimes echoes, of other artists. So, I get the parallel. This really helped put my mind at ease! Thank you for being an inspiration! ✌️
Absolutely brilliant video! Always so inspiring. Thanks Jake!
Really glad to see a video with you two again, both legends. Amazing work both of you! Hopefully ill start stealing off of both of you so hope you don't mind ;) When i produced dance music i started off doing cover versions / remixes of other people s stuff to get used to it. I eventually started putting my own style into them instead of making them close to the original. This eventually led me to start creating my own stuff getting inspiration from what i was listening to. Ive ended up quitting music (for now at least) but im not saying i won't ever go back to it. I just want to try something new, and the videos from you, Jesse, Donna did it, Burke Cullinane, Cody Wanner, Sam Holland, Nigel Barros, and a few others are all inspiring me. Man i hope to get this good in my own (as yet unknown) style in the future. Anyways sorry for the ramble!
This is an epic masterclass in the need for persistence in creative work. Just like always, your videos seem to find me at just the right time.
Jake I’ve been watching you on and off for yours. You are transcending man, this video honestly is a masterpiece ♥️
Always coming with the goods Jake - thank you!
as always dude, great video, great story, great visuals!
This is one of the best Jake I have watched from Jake so far. I feel we have like the same personality and interests. I am so hyped watching this bucket list unfolds
Yeeees, I‘ve been looking forward to this! Great video! Next on the list is one with Matti? I Enjoyed the podcast! I just hope that you’re not putting too much pressure on yourself to put out “over perfect” videos to meet perceived expectations in you. Love you work! Cheers
I’m STEALING this!!! So good Jake! Makes me want to start all the videos floating around in my head. Ps the list at the end will happen and I’m here for all of it 🤘🏼
Thank you so much Jake for giving us this wonderful video! This really does inspire me to try more of the things I love, and to not give up easily, like Jesse and you!
like always.. so inspiring and amazing, thank you for sharing!!!
That outro with the list was amazing. Love it!
Brother Jake your work really inspires me, this channel had helped me so many times from creating work to dealing with life. You are my inspiration and yes you are unique from anyone else ❤️❤️
that felt really chilled like it was just hanging out with some good friends just what I needed. Great video thanks for sharing..that list at the end though amazing goals can't wait to see them :-) should add flying FPV with Simon lol keep up the good work big love from South Wales 🏴
Jesse is right, your videos are really unique. thank you so much for creating them, I think I speak for a lot of people when I say they really help us along our creative journeys ❤️
wow this is the best video that I watched in while!! cheers Jake!
WOW! I haven't been here for a while... You make so much progress of what you are doing on YT!
I'm the videographer at a camp this summer and have been literally fighting these thoughts in my head this past week. Thanks for your video, Jake! Nice to hear everyone else struggles with the same things and it's okay to copy shots and styles that we enjoy.
Never disappointed in the work you out my dude... That was epic!!!
thanks for the authenticity, bro 👍
THAT crash through the ceiling transition!
Nice one Jake! Lov it Fk yeah Jesse throwing a dolphin flip in that line🐬
Hey this was awesome and inspiring in my creative work. Others have so much more dedication to something than I do.
The edit through the floor and the music then was SO GOOD! [Edit: hell man I'm impressed but unsurprised at YOUR determination to keep filming Jesse for 3 hours rather than politely suggesting it was beer time. Your backwards basketball throw coming through 😉 ]
Was checking your channel yesterday, waiting for you to post a video. Miss you dude
I'm stoked for that podcast with Shaffer Nickel. One of the best youtubers I've come across, and it's crazy his channel hasn't blown up yet.
Damn you guys that was an awesome one. Jesse just redefined persistence on a whole new scale. BTW the bucket list in the end.. legend! Thank you guys for this one🤙🏽🤙🏽
Really cool to see you two together. I loved watching this homies 🙌
So inspiring, from start to end! :)
"I really don't like giving up on things" - no kidding! LOL! What an inspiration.
best of luck for all the challenges you're taking ! we love u too !!
The amount of work you put into these videos, inspires me! (:
Honest. True. Inspiring. If you are gone steal. Steal from the best. Thanks Jake. Love your content.
You know, I haven’t been inspired by anything in a good while. This video might just be the one to kickstart my lazy a**. Thanks Jake
Almost instantly this video brought light and happiness in my heart. You’re definitely right- we all teach and resemble, maybe rip off somebody. But it’s so normal and natural. Thank you for this thought. I was afraid of saying it.
Man! that bucket list looks EPIC!
Love the bucket list at the end! 💯
Thanks for the inspiration. Been in a very bad creative dry spell and wondering if I should just give it up and get a nice stable job.
When you where sitting with Jesse and talking I could imagine a Podcast from you and the people you meet to further follow your checklist. Maybe give it a thought ^^
bruh both of yall skate!!! amazing.
This is so humbling to watch 🖤
I know I'm late to the video but the headbutt at the end was hilarious xD
the best Monday morning surprise, a Jake Frew upload
Tear drops came out from my eyes literally. I feel so inspired. 😩❤
this was so good!
This is such a master piece.
Brilliant shots. Edits are 100% real butter. No margarine was used in this film session for sure
That was an amazing sequence
That bucket list tho ❤️❤️❤️
"Lesser artists borrow, great artists steal." - Igor Stravinsky
First time I heard, "nothing is original" there was freedom 😅😂
Falling through the floor was the greatest part.
Got goosebumps while watching this masterpiece ❤️
On the end screen I add make a KZread Video in Uganda with Gyagenda Pius ......hihihihihi Great video with so much to learn thank you Jake
You’re a great inspiration to us as well 🙏🏽
i suffer from too many ideas per day

I am looking forward to your "go skydiving with Sam Kolder" video 😄
Legend worthy.
Someone attempting to land a trick on a skateboard is one of the most inspiring things to me
